Found this B&B by a complete last ditch effort to find a place to stay after driving for what seemed like hrs. After pulling into a dump of a hotel I said screw it and checked Yelp and this Edenfield B&B pops up & im like wth there's one of these our here in the middle of nowhere wow. I called even though it was after hours to see if they had a room and this sweet voice answers and totally made my day. Jasmine is a complete angel that totally made my stay incredible. Once I arrived she took the time to help get my motorhome parked as well as once inside show me my awesome room and get all my info for the stay. I've stayed @ probably 80 B&B's over the last 5 years and this was for sure in my top 10. My king room upstairs was awesome and super comfy. Shower was super hot ( the controls are backwards but I figured it out ) Breakfast was really good as well. I'll for sure be back AAA+++ Watch out for that Aaron character he's well let's just say he has a very proud proprietor of this majestic property. Super chill but be prepared to have some hearing loss because he had a voice that carry's throughout the massive house Aaron & Jasmine both are awesome I'm just giving him crap because he knows he's hooked up to a megaphone See ya soon read more

We were only passing through and needed a room before heading to Augusta the next day to meet friends...long story short, we told our friends to skip Augusta and meet us here at Edenfield! Aaron is a generous host who went above and beyond to accomodate us and he cooks a mean breakfast! Yum!! The house is beautiful and the rooms are comfy (between us we used 3 rooms). There are very few nice places to stay in Swainsboro, but the Edenfield House is an excellent place to stay. It's very clean, comfortable, and has all of the accommodations and conveniences of high end hotels. The food is excellent and the owner is very accommodating. read more

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother who evacuated to the beautiful Edenfield House from her home in Hilton Head due to Hurricane Florence. Can I give ten stars? From start to finish my mother was treated like royalty, with freshly cooked meals, a gorgeous room with all the amenities, and such attention and kindness from the owner Aaron, who could not have been nicer to her throughout her 6 day stay. The breakfast was stupendous.. the furniture and entire building was stunningly furnished. Relaxing, quiet and beautiful. Aaron's assistant, Jazee was a huge help to my mother as well. When she left to return home, my mother was actually sorry to leave. Aaron and Jazee were so hard working, and so kind, and our entire family cannot express our thanks enough to their loving and generous care of our mom during the evacuation! read more

My Sister and I had an event in Metter Georgia and literally stumbled on this property through "Hotels.com" and OMG......what a treasure did we find on this AMAZING boutique style hotel!! Aaron and Jazzy made us feel so special from the moment we stepped out of the car and headed towards the Inn with their warm greetings! The beautiful rooms, the charming decorum throughout the house and the surrounding lush grounds make you feel like you are in a Hallmark Movie setting...honest. I can't go on enough about this place other than saying "one night's stay and you're hooked!!" Thank you Aaron and Jazzy for those amazing 2 days you gave us. Looking for a safe alternative to the hotels available in Swainsboro? Besides amazing accommodations, breakfast was superb. The staff was very friendly and for a home more than 100 years old, it was very clean. We will definitely stay here at some point in the near future. read more

Our stay at The Edenfield House was extremely delightful. Aaron made us dinner the first night and it was AMAZING. The staff gave us keys to the house, so we could come and go as we pleased, which was awesome. The room was very comfortable,no complaints, The WIFI worked well which was needed because there really insist much to do in Swainsboro unfortunately... but it is an hour away from Augusta and Savannah. The backyard/porch of the B&B is huge. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, if we ever were down here for The Masters again (all the other guests that stayed here were also here for The Masters as well). read more

I booked a room here when Hurricane Irma was headed straight at Tampa and we were under mandatory evacuation orders. Unfortunately, Aaron called back to say that they didn't have a room left and hadn't for 3 days. I broke down in tears, as it was headed straight for us and there was no where to go, since they had already evacuated the East coast of FL and Miami, yet it was now headed to the West coast and 4 states were booked solid. Aaron called me back 30 minutes later and told me "I don't have a bed for you tonight, but just come now. I will give you my bed or put you can sleep on the living room couch, just come". I threw clothes in a suitcase and we headed to Swainsboro with a tankful of gas and a prayer. We got there at 130 am and slept in the car for a few hours. When I saw light around 6, I went to the backdoor just to see if they were up and Aaron immediately opened the door and gave me a big hug. Miranda and he cooked my husband and I breakfast and we rested in the living room until a room was cleaned for us! This is truly not just a business, but angels! The rooms are incredible- huge king beds, large rooms, immaculately clean, beautiful bathrooms in each room. (what you would expect in a 5 star/luxury hotel for $500/night). What sets it apart though is Aaron and Miranda! They truly show the compassion and love to every guest! They made a special dinner for guests, since most of us were there escaping the storm, so no one had to go out again! I can't even begin to give them enough stars or express enough how much they mean to me! read more

A hidden gem. The facility is as attractive and comfortable of a B&B as it gets. The food is top notch and the owners are incredibly hospitable and accessible. It's a bit off the beaten path but great for a stop over or weekend getaway. read more

Stopped in because of other comments and recommendations on yelp. Appreciated the note that it's one hour out of Augusta Georgia and that others stay here because of the Masters tournament. e were asked to give 20 to 30 minutes lead time for the kitchen since we weren't staying but The proprietor Aaron very gracious and accommodated our specific needs for breakfast. The bed-and-breakfast was very clean and the grounds outside were well-kept. We would definitely put this on our list of stops during travel. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Last night in the middle of the night I woke up with the owner standing in the middle of my room!! He replied, "I was just checking on you". He DID NOT knock on the door. Wonderful B&B. Much better than any of the motels. Aaron & his Wife are a wonderful couple who aim to make you at home and feel very welcome. It has been a long time since we have stayed in a B&B, but it will be along time now before my wife and I stay in a motel here. We like The Edenfield House very much. This is a top notch remodeled antebellum home with 9 private rooms with private baths , TV , coffee, tea, and breakfast when you want to get up. They cater to your schedule. Need a little time either way on checking in / out , they try to accommodate. Owners live on property in a small house. Safe, very clean, up & downstairs rooms, easy parking. Accommodate parties, special events , just ask. Enjoy talking to the owners who are very nice or perhaps talking with other guests in this special place or just spend a quiet night or day sleeping or watching TV in your Private Room. We will stay here every time we come to the Swainsboro area to visit our grandchildren. Also close to Wadley. The Kaolin mines in the Sandersville Area are not too far for this getaway. read more
