Over 7 Hours to be exact- being shifted from one room to the next- the equipment wasn't working on the first visit & on the next visit which I was assured everything was backup & running before FLYING there again, getting a hotel room, rental car the whole bit & the technicians didn't know how to operate the equipment!!! I had concerns regarding my first treatment & they were brushed over & ignored- I am beside my self of the type of disorganization that was going on there. I finally left without even seeing the Doctor properly. Which coming in the second time made me really loose faith on how a surgery might actually run there.
