We are NOT patients of Vital-Care and our opinions do not have any impact on the doctors onsite. These are purely observations. The place is located on a busy street which gives it maximum exposure to clients/vendors/patients. There are several parking spaces in front of the practice and the owners have plans to add more parking as their practice continues to grow. The waiting area is comfortable and airy with nice chairs, AC, magazines and a big flat screen TV. The staff is nice and professional. We were privileged to receive a personal tour from the owners. The offices are clean, organized, and airy. The owners have great big plans to continue to expand their presence in the town of Aibonito. Currently, Vital-Care offers general medicine, house visits, pick up service to Medicaid/Medicare patients, approved to provide medical services to VA patients. Vital-Care just added a gastroenterologist to their practice which sees/treats patients Wednesdays and Saturdays by appointment only. The owners plan to extend the gastroenterologist services to more days soon. In addition they also offer messages and reiki by appointment. Vital-Care has high-end equipment with the latest technology and advances by far surpassing most practices within the region. Big things are coming soon to Vital-Care and Aibonito!!

Her office is comfortable, her equipment is state-of-the-art, and her approach to dentistry is truly modern. She practices pain-free dentistry with exceptional skill; my entire procedure took only an hour, and my tooth has already fully recovered. Dr. Garraton is not only highly skilled but also efficient and compassionate. I had a serious dental emergency on a Friday and every other Entodonist was closed or booked and turned me away. Dr. Frame was booked too, but he recognized the emergency and agreed to help me. Im still learning Spanish and was grateful that he and a few staff speak English. He carefully walked me through the issue and all the options. He wrote me a prescription (I needed antibiotics and a root canal) and waited for me to grab it on the first floor of the building so I could get started on healing before the procedure. Helping me meant that he had to stay late at work that day, and I don't know many people who would do that for anyone, let alone a walk-in. Immediately after the procedure I felt relief. He told me what to expect and how to take care of myself while I heal. He scheduled a followup apt and xray to confirm everything. 5* for care and service and 5* for quality of dental work. I will recommend him to anyone!

Por otro lado los plásticos están mal hechos, les tienes que cortar los borden tú mismo porque te laceran la encía, ellos no lo hacen. A demás estuve más de 2 meses esperando por los retenedores, una vez pagas te sometes a su manera atropellada de trabajar, mejor vayan a un ortodoncista que les asista. ¡No recomendado!
