He is sensitive to how you are feeling with regards to pain so that he can ensure that it is minimized and that you remain comfortable. I had a serious dental emergency on a Friday and every other Entodonist was closed or booked and turned me away. Dr. Frame was booked too, but he recognized the emergency and agreed to help me. Im still learning Spanish and was grateful that he and a few staff speak English. He carefully walked me through the issue and all the options. He wrote me a prescription (I needed antibiotics and a root canal) and waited for me to grab it on the first floor of the building so I could get started on healing before the procedure. Helping me meant that he had to stay late at work that day, and I don't know many people who would do that for anyone, let alone a walk-in. Immediately after the procedure I felt relief. He told me what to expect and how to take care of myself while I heal. He scheduled a followup apt and xray to confirm everything. 5* for care and service and 5* for quality of dental work. I got a laugh from the review below complaining about waiting for an hour from her appointment to see the dentist, she clearly has never been to visit a dental or medical professional in Puerto Rico, typical wait times are on the order of 3-4 hours and appointments are usually just advisory. Dr. Cruz has always been timely for me, except for once when there was an emergency case which he allowed to skip the line.
