Dr. Gonzalez Lopez is a gentleman and was very very professional and meticulous in his diagnosis and when performing the root canal, he detailed everything he was doing or going to do. He is sensitive to how you are feeling with regards to pain so that he can ensure that it is minimized and that you remain comfortable. I got a laugh from the review below complaining about waiting for an hour from her appointment to see the dentist, she clearly has never been to visit a dental or medical professional in Puerto Rico, typical wait times are on the order of 3-4 hours and appointments are usually just advisory. Dr. Cruz has always been timely for me, except for once when there was an emergency case which he allowed to skip the line.
