The hubby has a thing about getting 3 cleanings done a year…read moreso I got dragged off to our last dental cleaning session this week before we leave St. Thomas. It was a great experience as usual. From the very nice receptionists out front to Evelyn my hygenist it's always easy to come here. Dentists office visits for me are the worst, you never know of what torture they'll put you through (then they stick you with a bill) but we've never felt that way here. Evelyn is great, she's very gentle and thorough with cleanings and examinations and is such a easy person to talk to. All of the hygienists my hubby has had have also been the same way so you're in good hands. This office is fully operational after the hurricanes (their land phone line and credit card systems work) and they will follow up with you for reminders on all of your appointments. Even though this dentist is out of network for our insurance it's still the only place we'd go to for dental care! #St.Thomas #USVI

My experience with the entire process has been a nightmare for myself and for my child. In my opinion the office staff were rude and unprofessional and did not care about the dental health of my child;only about the financial aspect of the treatment. It seems Office managers are making clinical decisions based upon monies owed with no care for what the possible oral or dental damage that might occur by delaying treatment. With so many choices in orthodontists in San Juan area I only wish I had done a little more research and went somewhere else and saved myself the stress, cost, and ultimately unsuccessful orthodontic treatment for my child.
