At 12:30 I was still waiting so i ask the man at the front desk was my outback ready it was setting where the customers parked their cars, he answered it is ready and I am waiting on the paperwork. I waited 15 more minutes which was 12:45 the man at the desk said my vehicle had not been taken back. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind or tell me anything. So I waited one and a half for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for and left there with no oil change just and hour and half of my day wasted. You have my number if you wanted to make this right otherwise I will be posting this on social media and telling everyone I can just how bad you all are.

I…read morehad a flat about 100 miles for Hometown Auto Repair and had a donut on my car with 350 more miles to home. Googled a tire service close and it gave us this place. Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. He explained our circumstances and what we needed. The nearest other open tire repair service was about an hour back the other way. The nice man (assuming Tank) looked and found us the exact tire we needed to complete our journey. Definitely was a fair price and we paid him graciously and went on our way. We stopped at a campground in Clarksville, TN and after parking in a spot tried to auto level the new Class A we had just purchased. The system went haywire and the back left tire was lifted so high the wheels were off the ground leaving our motor home uneven big time; and it would not respond to any actions I took to retract the jacks. After many calls and an evening with little sleep our salesman put us in touch with BackRoad Mobile RV Repair. Dustin came out and within 5-10 minutes identified and solved the problem. A breaker switch in the battery compartment had a power wire that was loose and the sloppy connection caused the control panel and the jacks to malfunction. Dustin repaired the connection and the jacks were retracted quickly. He also then re-calibrated the auto leveler and tested the system several times all the time talking to me and my wife explaining each step as he did it. After he explained to us what he was doing to repair it he was also very cordial about us asking him questions about other operational issues of our motor home. He is well educated on the entire operations of the RV and as solid a person as I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I can't say enough good things about him. He was professional to me and my wife, polite, and willing to share his valuable insight. I only wish he was close to my home in Illinois because I know I would be seeking his help in the future with any issues about our motor home. THANK YOU DUSTIN !

I finally called at 2pm for them to tell me they couldn't get the check engine light to come on so they did a regen on it. Went to pick it up they charged $420 for a regen that I did not authorize, do not go to this shop!
