I had the weel stripped - ready for the job. 1) IMPOSSIBLE to help me right away, because they are so encredibly busy and you need a 5-year study at NASA and it will take a couple of hours at least 2) IMPOSSIBLE to give me the name of the tool for truing this wheel (bontrager aura 5 tlr, which is TREK, they are supposed to be specialized in TREK) because ... hold on ... c'est introuvable. Nice shop. It is a real pity they are so unfriendly they make you want quit cycling. I used to go…read morebecause they were close to my house, but I quickly needed to find a replacement. Once, I got a bike shipped over to Brussels and went to La Maison du Velo just to get it assembled. It just needed the brakes and wheels to be put back. They told me it could not be done and that the bike was damaged beyond repair. I took the bike to another repair shop who put it up together and polished it within 48 hours, with no comments. I have been a few times and every time they were quite unfriendly, especially the owner. Every time I asked a service, whatever that was from changing the tyres to tuning the breaks, they always brought up some weird clauses about not being able to do a god job. Super weird. Also they were quite slow, for whatever task I had to wait for week and they are very expensive. I'm never going again.

He even told me I couldn't leave the bike there because they had no space, and the only recommendation I received was to leave it at the station. No willingness to help, no alternative offered, just an eagerness to get rid of me. In an emergency situation I expected at least a minimum of courtesy or professionalism, but instead I found complete indifference and unprofessionalism.
