If this is the kind of customer service a random stranger gets I can't even imagine the experience as a paying customer! A++++++ would recommend!!! Hope to be back to rent a bike one day!

Terrible experience. I came in with a completely exploded wheel, clearly unable to move with the…read morebike, and the only response I got was that "it wasn't his problem." He even told me I couldn't leave the bike there because they had no space, and the only recommendation I received was to leave it at the station. No willingness to help, no alternative offered, just an eagerness to get rid of me. In an emergency situation I expected at least a minimum of courtesy or professionalism, but instead I found complete indifference and unprofessionalism. I will definitely not return and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

All flavors are represented. All major shoe brands are represented, and being specialists they also carry the niche products of each of the brands.
