I received yet another response from Sigfredo telling me to call the number to discuss my…read moresituation. Calling the office does not work because I have had MANY phone calls and emails with no resolution, or rather, getting told in so many words, "too bad, so sad". Sigfredo, if you see this I wrote a negative review about La Rosa del Monte on this site and in response to my review, 3rd review, my name is Socorro Ramos, shipped from Groton, CT to Manati, PR. Please look up my information and call me. I received a message from Sigfredo R asking me to send them a message to their site with all the necessary information (see message below my review.). You know, the same form response everyone else gets. I did send a message with all details and asking them to contact me. I have many emails going back and forth detailing the issues, problems, stealing, etc. but did not receive anything back. To others having issues, look for help elsewhere, either with a lawyer, DACO, etc.

Does not get any better. If everyone did their jobs as well as Keith Berry, what a wonderful world…read moreit would be. Craftmanship perfection delivered efficiently and on time. I cannot rave enough about Keith Berry's service. I returned to a home after 30 years of tropical weathering, and thought all sliders were hopeless. He restored them all to as new condition, even custom built one screen door. He also re-screened the entire house, which is made of screens, all within the same day! A week later, he also responded quickly to a slight additional need and did a beautiful job. In St. Thomas, if you need screen or door repairs, look no further than Keith Berry.
