Worst customer service EVER! I asked a store associate where…read morethe buckets were. After she started and finished a personal conversation with another employee she almost whispered isle 8. I went there and as soon as i saw it i knew it wasn't going to have buckets. I asked a different employee and she rolled her eyes and said "were out" then went back to whatever she was doing. On my way out of that isle i saw a stack of buckets on isle 7. We went to pay and our card didn't go through. She had us both try several times. We ended up paying cash. Got home and found out it DID go through and now we have to deal with the bank and go back to deal with this again!

There were times when they convinced me not to spend money when not needed or they convinced me of a better alternative. I'm talking about all of my automotive needs. That Manager, Nate is like a godfather (I am 83 years old...lol). They referred me to other reliable companies when the work is not in their scope, ie bodywork and air conditioning. In other, they are people that I trust! Also, repairs are done quickly. I have never had an unreasonable waiting time. Most repairs are completed in a single day.

Their mechanic is great, but the office is not very organized. I delivered a vehicle to them that…read morethey were supposed to do some work on, and that would then go to another mechanic to do work they could not do. My vehicle sat in front of their establishment for almost six weeks, and I called to find out what was going on and was told that they were going to let the second mechanic do all the work. Problem was, they didn't tell me, so I had no access to my vehicle for six weeks, and now that has been extended to about another three weeks, because I just got it to the next mechanic. Couldn't even get them to put fluid in the vehicle, so that I could drive it over, so I had to pay for another tow. Employees walked by my vehicle for six weeks and couldn't even think to call and tell me to come get it. Simply amazing.

Two stars due to the ONE young man who does…read morealignment acknowledging me and the mere fact that the manager actually tried to support his staff whether right or wrong (DIDDDO). Echo valley was recommended by another company and i usually frown upon supporting locals because of the atrocious lack of customer service. I arrived under the tire shop at 3 in an empty slot and waited for over 30 mins to never be served. There was one young man already working on a car and apparently another sitting in the corner. After speaking with the manager, it was stated he was on a lunch break and they need to take their lunch break between 12 to 2. If the manager took time to address the concern, he would've understood i was there after 3 pm and the young man and i both sat for 30 mins then he proceeded to his vehicle and left. I in turn left as well and took my business to the Arabs who fixed my tire as i pulled in. I drove up, was greeted and assisted within 10 mins. Thats what you call great customer service. At least acknowledgement if there is nooo signage giving directions!! Echo please do better with signage or better customer service if you actually value your business.
