Egg and cheese on rye breakfast sandwich with a side of hash browns.
    Vanessa M.

I thought I was just walking into a corner store to use a bathroom when I stumbled into a diner. So we decided to get breakfast to go. The food is very homemade, no frills out in the middle of no mans land. Bathrooms are clean. The employees are very nice as well.

My kids and nearly always stop by for a meal when travelling through. Staff is friendly. Prices are good. Variety of foods are plentiful.

This is a classic truck stop diner. Absolutely great food. I highly recommend pretty much everything on the menu.

I've stayed at the Yogo Inn and eaten at Stetson's several times before (albeit many years ago)…read more From what I remember, it was a fairly traditional American Diner. Having arrived in town again today I looked around to see what yelp might suggest. If we weren't so tired and didn't have a 5-month old sleeping baby, wet might have gone elsewhere. In the last few years, I've become picky about doing my best to eat quality food (I'm from California - it's my prerogative). I was not thrilled about eating at what I thought was going to be a traditional, greasy, American Diner where a "salad" referred to a handful of almost white ice berg lettuce with a few stale carrot shavings. Turns out, today is the launch of the new menu, and its so amazing that I had to write a review (which I almost NEVER do...). And apparently this is the first review of the restaurant proper). In short, the food quality and quantity are both excellent, and are better than many of the local restaurants at home that I frequent. The house salad is a massive portion of spring greens (and other fixins) with some high quality dressing options that I've never seen anywhere else (I had the raspberry curry vinaigrette). The chicken vodka penne had everything I was looking for. And the Devils chocolate cake - huge and amazingly soft and rich. The only constructive criticism I could possibly provide is that the baked potato soup (overall delicious as well) was a bit salty for our tastes, but we think that about most soups anywhere. The service provided by Dustin and Justin was also top notch. You simply must try the new menu for yourself, especially if you've eaten here before!

I'm writing this for my 89 year old parents…read more My wife and I were there for the Mothe's Day dinner. The meal was lousy at best. Every item was cold or empty. For the price that we were charged, it wasn't even close to being worth our time and money. We asked for more coffee and never received any. The roast beef was shredded and not carved. We have been coming to this restaurant for the past 26 years. What a Disappointment!! We will never be back and we do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We sat next to two tables that were swearing about American Prairie. One star is too high of a rating for our experience.

My wife and I celebrated our 13th anniversary at The Jawbone in White Sulphur Springs. From start…read moreto finish, the experience was nothing short of incredible--easily one of the best meals either of us has ever had. We kicked things off with cocktails, and they alone were worth the visit. My wife had the London Fog Martini--made into a "Smog" with a shot of Kahlua--and it was dreamy: a perfect blend of housemade lavender syrup, earl grey vodka, vanilla vodka, and cream. I had The Blind Pig, made with jalapeño tequila, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, soda water, and a Tajín rim. We both agreed they were two of the best drinks we've ever had. The bartender--who not only crafted the drinks but kindly and personally served them to our table--was creative, engaging, and incredibly kind. Her cocktail menu is filled with inventive, housemade ingredients and thoughtful pairings. She's not just mixing drinks; she's creating experiences. She deserves all the praise and then some. For starters, we had the Burrata appetizer, featuring burrata mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes done three ways, garlic herb oil, balsamic reduction, and crispy rice paper. Beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. For entrees, my wife ordered the Crazy Mountain Alfredo, a rich and slightly spicy cream sauce over pasta with salami, roasted red peppers, and chicken--it had the perfect kick. I had the Salmon Hollandaise with sautéed potatoes, crispy bacon, asparagus, and chives. It was all cooked perfectly, but the hollandaise sauce in particular was next-level--possibly the best I've ever had. We also tried the Airline Chicken Breast, served with quinoa tabbouleh, roum, roasted peppers, and artichoke hearts--another fantastic dish. We ended the night by sharing a slice of lemon whipped cheesecake, which was the ideal light, tangy, and sweet finish. The ambiance was warm and relaxed with great music and lovely decor--refined but not stuffy. Our server, Katie, was an absolute gem: warm, attentive, and clearly invested in making our experience special. We don't get many date nights out--especially ones at restaurants of this caliber--and this evening blew us away. Honestly, The Jawbone could hold its own in any major city. The fact that this gem is in a smaller Montana town just makes it that much more special. If you're anywhere near White Sulphur Springs, make the time to eat here. You will not regret it. This place is doing something truly special.
