This place is a neat surprise. I am on a 2 Week Solo Rd. trip through North Dakota and Montana, photographing. Everything I do is out of my car. In order to cut down on expenses, such as hotels and meals I sleep in my car and cook my meals, there too. Essentially, I am camping out of my car. Truck stops like Pilot and Flying J are really hard to come by in the rural parts of these states. And let's be honest, most of those states are rural. Would I really need those truck stops for is primarily showers and secondarily hot food. I read somewhere online that this place had showers. I stopped in and met Debbie. I asked about showers and was informed they are $10. Then she escorted me to the building where the showers are located behind the main building. They aren't brand new and fancy like the big truck stops, but they are clean and that's what I cared about. The water was hot with good pressure. And... It was hot for a long time. I don't know if this place is usually busy, but during my visit it was not busy. The café had already closed, but Debbie allowed me to sit at the counter and finish up some traveling paperwork. Debbie was very nice, very accommodating and very friendly. Her family started this business in 1952, so she knows everything there is to know about it and the area. I've stayed overnight a few times at Eddie's Corner since the change of ownership. Both times, the staff were great. The facilities were great too, for what it is. This isn't the Hyatt Regency. We've stopped here to eat many times over t he years, and it was always pretty good until the recent change in ownership. They doubled the price of their already frozen patties you throw on the grill. They're now $13. The service wasn't good, but my husband left a tip because we always do, and figure anyone waiting table needs the help. The KICKER was when he went up to the till to pay and they demanded he add a 20% tip. He informed them he left it on the table. We will never set foot in there again, and the locals must agree, because we were the only people there. There are few places to eat in this area; they're lighting the bridge and it looks almost intentional. Very strange. read more

We drove out for breakfast on a Saturday. We knew there had been changes in ownership, staff, and the dining area, but it's my hubby's favorite place for steak and eggs, so we wanted to give it a shot. I can't comment on the food, because after over an hour of waiting, we left without anything to eat . This was despite asking about our order (after 40 minutes), and then waiting for our bill for the coffee for an additional 20 minutes for the wait staff to figure it out. No apology, no offer to cover the coffee, nothing. It's a shame because it used to be one of those places where you could rely on good food and friendly people. I'm sure the convenience store, bar & casino will do just fine, but it's a shame to lose another restaurant. read more

Horrific. Waited for over 20 minutes for nothing. We got a half full glass of water maybe 10 minutes into our wait. Completely ignored the rest of the time. The wait staff was arguing with each other the whole time. A can of expired beans from the convenience store will serve you better than this place. read more

Stopped here for gas and a quick restroom stop during a road trip between Denver and Glacier National Park. We noticed the restaurant inside and decided to stay for dinner. The grilled cheese, turkey club, chili, and strawberry rhubarb pie were delicious and priced very well. We liked this stop so much that we made a point of stopping again on the way back. We tried the western omelette, cheeseburger, and pecan pie on our second visit and every bite was delicious. This was an unexpected treasure and I'm so glad we stopped here. read more

Mom n pop truck stop in the middle of nowhere Montana. Had the sirloin , fries, salad and cheese broccoli soup. Steak was blood rare ( just like I ordered) soup was amazing and beer was cold! read more

On our travel back to Texas we where talking about stopping at a true diner. Something on the out skirts of a town. Good food friendly people... Man did we find it. This place is literally in the middle of no where. Literally. Really good diner food and such kind people. Stopped in on our way to Billings, to play keno, have dinner and a drink. The bartender was rude and refused us service stating that anyone who's driving may not have a drink. That it is against the law. We confirmed that it is not. Will not be spending money here, ever. However, the ladies in the restaurant were lovely and received a very generous tip. read more

During these times it can be hard to find food on the road. Eddies Corner is open till 11pm and the diner is open as take out only. Food is good. Typical homemade dining. Excellent parking area and showers plus laundry. Definitely recommend if your in the area. read more

I thought I was just walking into a corner store to use a bathroom when I stumbled into a diner. So we decided to get breakfast to go. The food is very homemade, no frills out in the middle of no mans land. Bathrooms are clean. The employees are very nice as well. read more

Stopping through on our way to Canada and were lucky to find this little diner tucked inside a gas station. Great diner food. It was dinner time, but we opted for the breakfast, which is served all day. The Hot Cakes are as large as the plate, so one was plenty with two eggs and bacon. The husband got eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast. All cooked well. The atmosphere is typical diner. I don't know if they have the tables set up for earlier in the day, but it was after 7pm and we had to sit at the bar. The staff was friendly and super talkative, and a little bit loud, with the customer next to us. Overall, a decent experience. read more

My husband is a trucker and it's hard to find some place to stop, we saw eddies corner and thought we would give it a try! First the waitress asked us if we would like something to drink, I said sprite and my hubby said coffee, it took her so long to bring us our drinks she had to come back and ask us again what we wanted to drink again! then we ordered food and I told her I would like crispy hash browns which is not an unreasonable request, she looked at me and said, "well we will see what happens". then when the food gets to the table the hash browns were like mashed potatoes, and the whole time we were sitting at our table the cook was just watching me and it was very awkward! then we went to pay for our meal, which was awkward as well, the cashier worked for the gas station side asked us to put a tip on the receipt for the waitress, really put us on the spot and very very awkward! Everyone that worked there were awkward and disrespectful! I would not recommend this place at all!!! read more

There food sucks ,you pay 8.00 for a piece of shit sandwich you could have bought at Mini mart, then I asked for a cheeseburger they brought me a child cheeseburger plain with nothing on it and cold fried that were sitting in the window for 20. Came across this place after a long drive from Glacier ntnl. Park heading to Denver. Since there were no other place anywhere closeby, we decided to try out this diner. The hot beef sandwich was great and was like home made. Chicken strips and clam chowder was very good too. The place was clean and the staff seemed to know pretty much all the customers by name . Ice cream and the milk shake made by Anne-Marie seemed to be the local favorite. My eying is based on this place is a diner. Try it out if you pass this way read more

This place is always great and our last stop was outstanding! My belly wasnt feeling well and when I mentioned it, the bartender immediafely brought saltines and ginger ale! My outmeal was just what I need. My husband had the double burger and says it was excellent as were the fries. He didn't offer me even one little bite.
