I also ordered an app (another special) The jalapeno cheese curds. The cheese curds were not jalapeno flavored enough for me. I expected a kick or some heat. They tasted plain. Not sure if it was in the breading or what, but it missed the mark. The French dip, was delicious. The cheese was gooey and melted on top of some very tender and pulled beef. The au jus was flavor filled and my sandwich was gone in 4 bites. The French fries I had were pretty solid too. I will be back again before heading off to our next adventure. I heard the bloody Mary's here were very good too.

Rosie, herself, was there greeting folks, taking orders, and cooking. The special was 2 or 4 pieces of chicken, any parts you wanted. Husband took two chicken breasts and a side of fries. OMG, it was a huge lunch! The chicken had a nice crispy coating. So good. I love breakfast and Rosie's has breakfast all day long so I had a bacon, pepper, and onion omelette and hashbrowns on the side. My omelette was FULL of ingredients. The hash browns were super crispy and cooked perfectly. Everything was so good! The place is huge with a lunch dining area and the other side more of a bar. There isn't a flashing 'Rosie's Cantina' sign out front, so look for a brick building with a wraparound porch. Great stop!
