Then the employee tells me they are in the military and that non-retired veterans get Department of Defense ID'S as well. I told her this is not the case, she continued to argue. I offered her a copy of my DD-214, my GovX ID and an old military ID. No go, she looked down on me, I told her to finish the transaction. I then asked for the manager. He was pretty useless, friends of the employees. I explained everything to him and how I've used all these id's, mentioned the airlines, his response was we're not the airlines. I make a point of trying to look like I'm headed towards something and quickly turn around, there she is again. She doesn't do this to the other customers in the store and unfortunately I am the only black person in the store. It's not my fault that other people steal and I think it's unreasonable to expect me to put up with being profiled because people I've never met do bad things. Towards the end of my visit she asked if I needed help with anything and I say no. She keeps following me until I took a picture of her and left. My sister found some merchandise to try on, but the sales lady would not let her, again due to COVID. She said my sister could buy the merchandise and try it on at home, if it didn't work, she could bring it back within 45 days. I was talking to my sister telling her I thought it was ridiculous that you could take clothes home to try on, then return them, but couldn't try them on in the store. I told my sister we were touching everything we were looking at, including the hangers, etc. when the Ass Manager, Jen stormed over to us, and demanded that we leave the store. Jen was BEYOND rude, and was completely out of line interrupting the conversation I was having with my sister. I made a complaint to the Nebraska Crossing's Mall manager who said she would let their DM know. I left my contact information with the mall manager, but have not heard back from the Hanes Outlet DM. I will never shop at that store again.

Both of them....the wheels broke off/cracked away from the body of the luggage. Anyway, walk in and there are some lovely collections right at the door. So we walked through and looked at those then a woman asks us "what brings us in?" As she was stocking more luggage to the right of the store. I really want to remember her name as Nancy. Anyway, she jumped right in and showed us all of the new items that had just come in. She even had a gentleman bring some from the other side of the store by the same brand but different color. She showed the versatility of each and really made it hard yet very easy to choose what was best. The bags seem durable, were light and expandable. They glided like a hot knife on butter and they made it back to Palm Beach in perfect condition. Honestly, I have never met a nicer, more personable, happy and helpful staff member at TJ Maxx. If every store had staff like her they would be an unstoppable brand. Really a highlight of my trip.

I really like seeing some new things like metal yeti shot glass sets and the coffee making components for a pour over plus the mugs. The staff were extra warm and welcoming which was neat because the rest of the shops we went to weren't quite like that. Definitely would recommend the Yeti store to anybody with an interest in their quality products and extra money to spend! ;D
