We chose the full tasting menu with wine pairing, excited to experience what is considered one of the finest culinary destinations in the country. Each course was beautifully presented and packed with incredibly rich flavors, and the wine pairings were thoughtfully selected to complement the dishes. The overall service was warm and professional, although there were a few minor lapses, such as having to ask twice for a water refill. While we are grateful for the opportunity to dine at Poland's only two-Michelin-star restaurant, the experience did not quite meet the expectations we've come to have from other two-star Michelin establishments around the world. It was certainly a memorable evening, but one that left us appreciating the accomplishment more than being truly impressed by the meal itself. Still, it feels special to have checked this remarkable restaurant off our culinary travel list.

Food: some dishes lacked flavor, but some were excellent. They incorporated some polish culture into the foods but I wish a little more was incorporated. We did the wine pairing as well which was okay (not as great as the Italian wine pairing at the 3 star). Alcohol: Negroni was very good. Ambiance: cool, rustic. We sat by the kitchen which was cool to watch the dishes come out. Service: attentive, but not as great as the 3 star. Did a good job explaining the dishes.

It has traditional Polish, Belgian and Hungarian food. Fun atmosphere, soft music and casual bar where couples, friends and small groups can wine down the day and relax. Highly recommendable if you are a local. And if you are a tourist this is the perfect non-touristy place to enjoy surrounded by locals. But shhhh.... Don't spread the word and come before more people discover it !!

I ordered a mulled wine to warm up but they had just served the last glass. I then asked if they had a wine list, and the answer was a straight "no", without any discussion of the wines on offer. So I stood awkwardly for a few seconds and then asked for a red wine. The barman produced three bottles and talked me through them, which is where the service perked up a little. I chose the Polish wine as why not, you don't see a lot of wine from Poland in the UK. This was 14PLN for a small glass and was pretty good, however the cold temperature and chilly atmosphere meant we headed off after one drink. If this was local to me I would probably spend more time here sampling wines and cheeses. If you're in the area anyway on a trip to Kraków I'd say call in, but don't make it a destination.
