They got us on the schedule right away for measurements and once product was in they installed right away. Top quality custom blinds and shades that really enhance the space. After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.

After consultations with California Closets and Closet World, we were left feeling unimpressed with both. Fortunately, we came across Closet Factory through Costco, and it was the best experience from start to finish! Naz was our consultant, and she was absolutely amazing--kind, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic. She designed the perfect master walk-in closet for us, as well as fantastic closets for both of my kids. When construction delays on our house forced us to reschedule our original installation date, we were told the next available slot was two months out. I was so disappointed, but Naz went above and beyond to advocate for us and managed to get our closets installed right before our move-in date! Moving into a new house with fully organized closets already set up made a world of difference. I highly recommend Closet Factory, and if you can, make sure to request Naz!

I was told I "was being difficult" as both my wife and I work. We finally found an afternoon the following week. He showed up in the morning. When told he wasn't expected until later in the day his response was, "Well I'm here now." Such a clear sign, but I chalked it up to a possible miscommunication. I was asked to schedule the demo and install a month out and they chose a Wednesday for me in September. Then they called me the week before the install date they gave me to let me know that they would be there the very next day. Mind you I got this call at 3 PM. I assured them that there was a mistake and that we would be ready for them the following week. When checking their schedule, I am nowhere to be found. My choices were the next day or the following Monday. So we rearranged our schedules to make it work the next day. I was assured that demo and install would take place on the same day. Demo was finished on the first day but the one person working by himself could not possibly do an entire install in one day. When I called to find out if another person was going to be sent, a manager assured me that another person was coming and that it would be completed that day. As the day got later and no one showed up, multiple calls and texts to the manger and designer were met with "Let me find out and get back to you." No one got did, not once, until they told me that the install would be completed the next day when thankfully, they sent two people. The next day when I called at 11:30 am to find out where they were I was told... wait for it... "Let me find out and get back to you." Again, no one called. They showed up around noon and finished that evening. You know what does take place on time? The billing, of course. So, am I happy with the end result? Sure of course. Would I recommend them to friends and family and fellow Yelpers? No, I can't. Poor communication, an inability to own a mistake, apologize, or even make it right with the customer is not a skill set that Closet Factory possesses. Time is money for all of us and not being able to keep their own schedule straight isn't anything a customer should have to put up with. There are a lot of options out there, find another one. Maybe they are just too big?

This works well if you have experience with past renovation projects and can project manage the implementation of the design. Or you can get a package where Vyanka and team will manage all the details. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath.
