I cannot say enough great things about Handyman Services & Odd Jobs I have had Billy and Chris do…read morework around my house twice and each time they have surpassed my expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent and their inputs and expertise in bringing my vision to fruition is above and beyond. The first project was a large deck to fill an area where I had my pool removed. The second project was to remove several old structures from my yard and build a gazebo or man cave on the previous projects deck. All in all, it came out better than I had imagined, and I am already creating a list of new projects to have them come back and do in the coming months. So yes, I strongly recommend them for anyone who needs this type of service.

Alas, I was never instilled with or taught any great handy skills (and all the walls with…read moresuperfluous drill holes in my old home are testament to that). So finding a reliable handyman (handyperson?) is a must. And hopefully, with Melvin, I've done it. He was easy to contact, got scheduled fast, and helped with a number of odds and ends things that had been building up in my home. He did projects as small as installing a new towel holder to installing a new sink. It's been a bit over a month since I've used his services and everything still works great. I was able to pay him electronically too, which was a plus. Anyways, I plan to use Melvin going forward and highly recommend that you do too!

I was asked repeatedly what area I live in even after I answered, and the last reply said this was the first time a client hadn't sent an address and that it makes communication harder. You will not be disappointed! Have to mention how they went above and beyond. We hired them to do our patio door, door arrived earlier than expected. Deliveries guys threw it up against my railing. I could not lift inside and hubby was not home. So after calling the Lobo team they came right over and brought the door inside for us until planned day of install. So very nice of them!

This was EASY work. Tell the truth! I have my own electrician and painter so no add-on's or kick backs for referrals. THATS why this was low priority. Nevertheless, yes I've got this. And good luck with your career beloved.

Received four quotes for three major home projects: A complete master bathroom remodel, a new deck,…read moreand replacement of a drop ceiling with sheetrock and repair of a water-damaged wall in a guest bedroom. The first three quotes were from "high end" remodelers. A friend recommended Allen Geoffrey's Handyman Services to us (she had just had her bathroom remodeled). Geoff and his crew (Mark and Brian) came out to survey the jobs. They spent more time with me going over what work we wanted and what our major concerns were. They suggested a comprehensive "plan of attack" from top to bottom. We were consulted at every step of each of the projects to ensure that our expectations and design elements were incorporated. Their price quote came in thousands (yes, thousands) of dollars less than the three previous quotes. While they don't provide the design assistance of the "high end" contractors, they met us at a big box contractor store and helped us color-coordinate our design interests. They took care of ordering all the various pieces parts needed and got us a significant discount on materials. First, they replaced the deck to install flashing (that the previous home owner neglected to do), that led to the water damage in the guest bedroom. The deck was brought up to code and revealed serious problems with the previous deck installation. After the deck was done, the crew split off into two teams, one working on the master bathroom, the other, working on the guest bedroom. The crew took care of hauling off all old materials and cleaned up after each day. The work was first-rate. As with any major home project, unexpected/unforeseen problems arise. While removing the water-damaged sheetrock in the guest bedroom, major water damage was discovered to the exterior wall. Geoff gave me a very reasonable labor estimate to repair the wall. That wall is now the strongest in the house. They show up when expected, every day, until the job is done. They go beyond what is expected to ensure that the client is happy with the direction the project is headed. I highly recommend these master plumbers. I guess my highest endorsement is that, when our kitchen cabinets come in, Geoff and his crew will be doing our complete kitchen remodel (again, coming in thousands of dollars less than the high-end contractors). If you need any work done to your home, give them a call. They will not disappoint you. And, Geoff, Mark, & Brian, our new master bathroom looks and functions beyond our expectations. Thank you!
