4 stars in regards to affordability because their syrups are a bit pricy, but overall this is a tea/coffee/mocktail hobbyist's equivalent of a candy store. I mainly came here for a specific flavor of sugar free Monin syrup- blue raspberry to be exact, and was really impressed with the selection they have, from brand variation to the "rarer" flavors you'd typically have to go out of your way for online. The loose Keurig cups and coffee bean selections were really interesting as well, with some imported roast and local ones including popular artisan roasters in Toronto. They also offer a wide range of niche coffee and tea accessories for different forms of preparation and consumption, as well as brewing appliances. I wouldn't buy syrup pumps here as I found the cost to be quite high, I'd buy a multi-pack of speed pour spouts from Dollarama for less or Winners/HomeGoods would have a universal fit pump set for less than $10. This would be a great place to shop at if you're looking for a very specific flavor (especially if you need it to be sugar-free) and don't want to gamble with chance to see if Winners or HomeGoods will include it during their seasonal syrup rotation, or if you're a huge coffee fanatic and appreciate the convenience of having very specific coffee related items under one roof and don't mind paying a bit more to have this ease of access. read more

This is a great shop for all manner of coffee and espresso machines and accompanying accessories. The showroom has a lot of their wares on display. The online shop is also really useful. They have a lot of product demo videos of them actually using the machines so you can evaluate your choices before you go in. They have a huge variety of K-Cups that I haven't seen anywhere else. The last time I went in, they had a sale where all the 24-packs were $17.99. We grabbed a pack that were Cold Stone Creamery flavours. They carry a pretty big selection of the Torani syrups and they had unique flavours like pumpkin spice, even in summer! If you're a fan of fizzy water, they have a CO2 cartridge exchange system here. If you bring your empty cartridge, you can get a full 60L Indigo brand cartridge for $12.50 instead of $27.50. read more

Great place to find all things coffee and other hot/cold beverages, machines, kitchen ware and supplies. Prices are always very competitive. Their online services are good too. I used to enjoy sampling a different K-cup each week while perusing their ware at their large spacious store location however covid seems to have put a stop to that...hope they re-introduce that again soon. Staff are always friendly and welcoming...main reason we keep coming back. read more

I searched online for Le Creuset sale and found this company online. I was shocked how cheap the Le Creuset was with the additional 25% off. My round French Oven 6.7 L in palm green was only $284.99. I signed up for their newsletter and received an additional $10.00 off !!!! With free shipping !!!! On sale this pot at the Bay is $430.00. I was tempted to buy another because of the incredible price, just to have in case of of an emergency present. ( don't mind me I just make up excuses to buy more things). From the beginning to the end it was a breeze, no problems what so ever with ordering online. I will forever buy my Le Creuset from this website. read more

So you know how some people have Keurigs, some have Tassimo's, some have Dolce Gusto and some have the old school brewers and you have to shop around for the right flavours between all the department stores? Well fret no more, this place is all coffee all the time!! I think this place has to have over 300 types of coffees for K-Cups, T-discs and the Dolce Gusto machine along with some of your old style ground coffee. They also have a bunch of coffee equipment and even the soda streamer machine. While their prices aren't much cheaper than your Wal-mart or Superstore, there are some extremely good benefits to shopping here. 1) Their promotions are super cheap. I think I bought a pack of 24 for $10, which is really good. 2) You can pick 16 different k-cup so you can what you want instead of being stuck with 18 or 24 of the same kind. 3) You get to try your coffee before you buy it, so there's no more wondering "will this taste good when I get home?" If you like it, great but if you don't and you shopped somewhere else, you are stuck with a bunch of coffee you don't want. You don't have to worry about it here. 4) There is a loyalty program. I so enjoy going here. I'm like a kid in a candy store (except I really don't like candy, so more like an adult in a coffee store going super crazy with lots of coffee - get it? I know I know bad joke). If you are looking for k-cups, come here! read more

ECS Coffee -Burlington - Thought i'd post the different brands of coffee they have - Coffee & Tea Supplies Near Me - Burlington, Ontario

This is the perfect place to get all your beverage needs, and the new location gives you even more stuff to shop for whether you drink coffee, tea, hot chocolate or frizzy drinks. Though there is an amazing and extensive variety of single K-cups, you're still well served if you have a Tassimo, Dolce Gusto, French Press or regular drip coffee. The new store is much larger than their older location which means much more display area for all those products related to non-alcoholic beverage making. Last but not least, if the waste of K-cups is an issue to you, then look into the ECS K-cup recycling program. I wanted a selection of K-cups for company, and got something like 24 different types of K-cups for $20. The selection of K-cups is incredible :D read more

A great selection of coffee to choose from if you have a Keurig. Have a standard brand of coffee that I drink, found it was hard to get at other stores that carry K-Cups. A friend told me about this place and to give it a shot. I did, and now it's the only place I'll buy coffee and other beverages (hot chocolate, tea). Their Winter Wonderland house blend has become one of my favorite coffee's and always have it on my list to buy--even in the Summer. They have good customer service, and the staff is always ready to recommend or assist in finding the coffee your looking for. Talk coffee and let you know what you may like when comparing brand to brand offerings. read more

They need to get their act together in their shipping department. Firstly, I was unable to track my item because they had sent me the wrong tracking number, and, secondly, they entered my address incorrectly on the shipping label, so I had to make numerous calls to the courier and was put on hold on the phone for lengthy intervals of time while they were trying to fix this mess. When I expressed my disappointment about all this, they avoided taking responsibility for their incompetent shipping department and gave me the following answer: "After further looking into this matter, our system had populated your address onto the FedEx shipping label incorrectly. The address line was too long to populate onto one line and the apartment number provided was not complete on the shipping label." Well, if your system cannot populate costumers' addresses correctly, then whose fault is it? You need to fix or replace your system. Things would have been way much better if they shipped through Canada Post instead of FedEx Ground. Canada Post is more professional, they have more locations, and most of their locations are open on Saturdays, even Sundays. FedEx Ground, on the other hand, based on my experience, have poor customer service, very few locations, and they are open only Monday to Friday, making it impossible for a customer to pick up their shipments during the weekend. There is an important distinction between FedEx Express and FedEx Ground Division. Based on my experience, the first is open on Saturdays and have good customer service. The second, FedEx Ground, are open only Monday to Friday, making it impossible for customers to pick up their items during the weekend. read more

I've never been to ECS Coffee in person but I taste all of the K-Cup's they sell after they are brought home for us to consume. They have a huge selection and from what I hear the deals are rather good and the ability to customize what you get so that you're not buying a single kind in 12 or 24 packs is extremely beneficial for people who like to mix things up and try new things. read more

Love this place. Prices are a bit high, but they have the best Tassimo selection I've ever come across.

If your looking for that special coffee that you had in some random hotel in a special Keuring K cup size and you can't find it at your grocery store...check out ECS!! They must have everything for coffee and tea! Expresso machines, Keurig, Tassimo, everythying!! I took a look down the aisles of each of the major quick brewing single cup makers and I couldn't belive the choices of different coffees, teas and dessert drinks available for each machine!! Plus if your looking for some cool kitchen gadgets they have those too! One of the stand out customer service things that they do is that they let you try any of the coffee's or tea that are in the selections this way you can try before you buy!! It would really suck if you bought 12 of a coffee and it didn't taste good to you. You can also mix and match different brands as well. The staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking for coffee? Give ECS a shot! read more
