He was power washing our neighbors home being flipped. I asked if he was using chemicals (as he was washing our white picket fence). Our warranty on the fence is negated by certain chemicals/cleaning processes. He rudely told me it faced our neighbor's side so he could do anything he wanted to it. I asked how much he charges to power wash a home, his response "not interested... I only work with contractors." I am very displeased with him, and may investigate taking the matter further. read more
