My most purchased items are jewelry. It was not until recently that I discovered it was a consignment shop. I had quite a few things I wanted to sell and realized I could do it at The Attic. I had a great experience with the consignment process, very simple. I received wonderful one on one attention with my things and any follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The whole staff is super nice and helpful and they play great music in the shop, which always makes for a pleasant shopping or browsing experience. I will continue to patronize The Attic whether I have any consignments or not. It's a terrific place in a fabulous location. Love it there, it has such a great vibe!

Least expensive - fiberglass, next - a certain kind of foam, and most expensive - foam that covers everything including the rafters. I said give me the price for the best first. Also needed to include cleanup of the old insulation (messy) and a vent from the bathroom to the outside. To my surprise, it was under $500. We should have done it years ago! The attic was left cleaner that it was before they came! And, the house is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer (old farm house.) Highly recommend this company!

They sprayed the foam in our attic at the end of September 2021. Unknown to me, they did not reattach the air conditioning feeds that they unhooked to apply the foam. More serious, they broke the drip pan which caused the air conditioner to leak when I turned it on for an extended period of time this June. The water eventually caused the ceiling drywall to fall. I called Foamco to discuss the situation. The owner would not even come and look at the damage. He completely blew me off, stating over and over that the work was done in September. He would not even acknowledge that it did not make sense that I would run the air conditioning in the winter long enough to notice the issue. On top of that, he was very rude. I would give him zero stars if I could, but I hope others will read this review and avoid this individual. This type of behavior is clearly how he keeps his bids low. It is easy when you will not stand by your work. He will be there until you pay him, but the customer service ends when he has been paid.

EMS re-insulated our attic and sealed some drafts throughout the house. We had some challenges…read morealong the way, but the team was eventually able to resolve them. The work done seems to be very solid as the upstairs is now very warm and the drafts have gone away. However, we didn't solve the initial problem that was discussed. Hopefully all will be resolved in the future.
