Roberto showed up on time, even messaging when he was on his way, listened to my concerns, and took a look around our basement. I was relieved to find out that it did not appear as if we had a big problem, or at least as big of a problem like I had feared, and that he would look outside as well. Once outside, Roberto inspected the house and found the likely point of ingress for mice. It made total sense because the gap in the siding coincided with where the soffit for the ductwork is in the basement. He gave me quotes on the services that were available, ranging from quarterly visits to a one-time sealing of the house, and then gave me some ideas on what I could do to handle some things myself. The service charge was $99, and if you sign up for one of their quarterly services or another one of their offerings, then that service charge is rolled into part of the overall fee. I was super-pleased with that part of the arrangement and I look forward to utilizing their services. Very responsive, easy to set an appointment, and a relatively thorough inspection, all in the span of less than an hour. Great experience!

I had actually removed a number of the traps to allow for some ground work to be accomplished early last spring. They told me the inspection had been accomplished on all the traps when a number of them were secured in my garage. They have lied about the visit that didn't happen and tried to cover it up. I have since terminated my dealings with them because of the lies. I would not recommend this company at all.

I specifically asked about oak mites and some other biting pests, and was assured they could clear my yard of them So we set up a service appointment. Their treatment technician explained the process again (fogging target areas, pets could be let out after half an hour, a scheduled follow up in 5 days and reapplication as needed within 21 days). It sounded good and the price was reasonable, so he started fogging. I noticed a significant difference in a few days and called them just after the 21 days. The next application was as scheduled for the following week so I decided to wait. A couple of days before that second application the bug bites returned with a vengeance! But the afternoon of that appointment it was like a switch turned off the invasion! Right now I'm expecting another service within the next hour and am looking forward to it. Finally I have found a solution! Prompt service, great responses, and exceptional communication. Oh, and like I said earlier, "The price was right." If tried the rest, give them a call.
