Well.......was so excited to get a new fridge for my 86 year old Mother. Got a great deal, salesman…read morevery helpful. Then delivery day arrives. We call to try to get a time, narrowed down , morning or afternoon. The man on the other end of the phone was so rude to my 86 year old Mother. So after a comedy of errors, caused by Corbeil employees. We waited all day on a Saturday for a fridge that was never delivered. Spoke to a female manager, who passed the buck, NOT once BUT twice did nothing. FINALLY assistant manager Alex after several calls apologized profusely. So the fridge is suppose to come tomorrow morning. WE'LL SEE. So a new day has dawned, but alas......after the 6:30 am phone call , letting us know they world be here by 7:00 am. DENTED FRIDGE ! 1:00pm still waiting for a fridge. We've unloaded the contents of the fridge 3 times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Corbeils.

The worst experience imaginable. Do not buy from Corbeil Electro-do not trust them. Been trying to…read moreresolve this surreal incident for months now. Here's the story...on delivery, we politely asked the Corbeil Electro delivery man to wear a mask per Covid protocol as we were doing. Furious, he exited and was seen by two people vandalizing our appliance while taking it from the truck. We did not know until later because the damage was underneath. The mangled metal panels and legs were so bent out of shape they damaged our hardwood floor when pushed into place. Corbeil Service acknowledged and recognized the damage but after months of waiting, announced they would do NOTHING about it. We gave them the details, truck numbers, dates etcetera. the Corbeil delivery team damaged the appliance INTENTIONALLY. We later found out they had falsified internal notes to cover. I have never heard of a more reprehensible delivery incident. The stove sits on a double carpet to this day awaiting a return authorization for a refund because we got a badly damaged product. Since our incident Corbeil began marketing a very strict Covid delivery process! I wonder why.

I looked online quite a bit before I decided upon a rug…read more The selection, price and quality of e-carpet gallery was outstanding. A comparable rug at other sites were at least twice the cost, if not more. But I wasn't even able to find a rug in this overdyed, particular, beautiful shade of blue. I was fortunate to get a sale price on the rug, which made my final decision much easier; especially at a time when we are all highly price conscious and watching our spending carefully! (They even offer free returns just in case). Shipping was super quick...arrived in just 3 days from Canada, although I was expecting it to be 5-7 days. A great bonus. Thank you very much e-carpet gallery, can't wait to buy my next rug!

If you have an electronic, whether it's a screen, circuit board, audio-visual, piece of exercise…read moreequipment or handheld device - you should get it appraised here before tossing it out/replacing it. - Overall - Excellent. The service I received here changed my point-of-view on broken electronics, and I wish I hadn't thrown away other devices prior to meeting this team (They could have fixed them for sure). I kept their card, have posted it to my Instagram and have it ready for anyone (myself included) in my life that needs something electrical fixed. Top tier service. - Technician - Excellent customer service and skills. He was able to identify what he can and cannot do right away, explained the limitations and how to overcome them. While his native language is Turkish, his capacity in English and French was able to circumvent this barrier; there was no issue with communication. His partner who manages intake is fluent in english and french, and available also to address any issues with communication. - My Experience/Story - I came to them with a broken treadmill (T202 Horizon Fitness), where after following the instructions from the company I isolated the issue to the circuit board. The replacement circuit board would have cost me ~700$ CAD. I had it appraised by the Nixtech technician, who recognized the possible issues right away and repaired/replaced the broken aspects of it within 24h for a price that was less than a third of a simple replacement from the company. He also told me what to look for, which could be instigating agents that caused the damage in the first place - and he was correct. We arranged for me to bring all the wiring from the machine over (including the motor), and he was able to identify the issue and repair/replace the broken parts within 24 h again. He explained what the issue was (essentially sub-par pieces in the original manufacturing, predisposed to damage/failure) and advice on how to circumvent/prevent further damage. Overall cost me less than half of what the company would have charged me just for parts. I went home, set everything up, and it worked like a charm. Electronic applications that did not work on the treadmill, now do. There is no static electricity on the frame either and the sound from the speakers is clearer as well. Essentially the electronics in the machine are better now, than when I purchased the machine fresh out of the box. I am over the moon with the quality of the repair done. I really appreciated the explanations from their technician; as a physician, I felt his need/desire to explain why/how/what with the repair was excellent - i felt taken care of and he did not quit until I understood what was wrong. Thanks again guys!
