I was denied a refund on a Washer/Dryer Riser because it was considered to be an unsealed package, even though their own employee cut the two packing straps. The box was not glued or taped, but simply held closed with the two white straps. The return policy does not apply in this case. When I picked up the item, it was secured with two white packing straps. The Brick employee cut these straps to allow me to verify the color. Although the box was never taped or sealed, it was considered an open package when I attempted to return it, and my refund request was denied. I find this policy outrageous, especially since the employee did not mention the return policy. To make things worse the supervisor Dev sat in his office literally 50 feet from me and the returns desk, refused to talk to me stating he was busy eating his lunch. Still waiting for some type of resolution to this matter. She insisted she needed a number, so I said okay I'm in front my computer, let me search Reno Depot's website for connector bolts and find the number for you. At this time I am wondering what sort of database does Réno Dépot have if a search for name or item # doesn't call any matches! Finally she sees the item and I ask her if there are any versions of the screw which are 10cm long, to which she answers she does not know because she does not know the whole inventory of Réno Dépot. Reno Depot, you have just lost a potential customer due to such aggravating service because I highly doubt your database is *that* lacking. I was only in to pick up a few little things and even at that it was very slim pickings. I got my costume earlier in the month so I wouldn't suggest going here the day before of kinda place. Decorations were nice but half of the things that were set up were broken I guess from everyone walking around touching them but it was nice to see them make a fun part in the store.

A full adult's costume will run you between 50-80$ and sometimes even more. The decorations were in the 100-300$ range *yikes*. Also despite the incredibly wide variety of costumes for both kids and adults: I could not find the items I was searching for to complete my 2 costume ideas. One might think that's because I chose obscure costumes but that is not the case (you'll see at the Yelp parties next weekend)! So i found that quite disappointing. The decorations are really kool though. There were even a few that genuinely elicited a *yelp* from me (pun sorta intended)! I did really enjoy the costumes, so i plan to save my pennies and come here without any costume ideas next year to splurge on something really awesome. If at all, this place is great if you need ideas, several of the staff were very helpful in feeding ideas to people who described their past costumes and what they were looking for this year. Definitely kool to check out!
