I really like this hotel as it's clean and the staff are friendly; however, I cannot stay hear again due to the thin walls.

The person behind the desk said that the only room that my Mom reserved was the was that she was in. We had to call a Hilton rep to get a reservation number to bring down to the front desk person, which helped her find the second room. Once we got in the room, we were pretty grossed out. The sink was dirty, the bed sheet had pilling on it and a stain on the side showing that the sheets weren't even changed, and more as shown in the pictures. They have you sign a paper stating that you won't have any parties, but even at 1:00am in the morning we heard tons of people talking loudly in their rooms and walking up and down the halls from within our room. You couldn't pay us to stay here again.

Looks like the room is cleaned after each guest but deep cleaning is omitted. My shower had dark mound like stains under the shelves where water drops regularly. Muck along the edges of the walls and fingernail clippings on the floor in the bathroom. The body wash dispenser had nothing in it and there was no conditioner for those of us who need conditioner. A sign saying that the hotel was out of body wash would have helped me yo understand I needed to take soap into the shower with me. Breakfast was the same. There was a lady behind the breakfast counter, but not paying full attention to the guest experience. The coffee was empty and glasses for juice were so far back on the top shelf only someone over 6 foot could reach them. Both of these things were things that moving from behind the counter would have revealed. There was absolutely no fruit out for guests either. I'm deadly allergic to red meat and dairy products, so fruit is my go to item. Walmart not far away has lots of fruit in their shelves, so there is no National shortage. I called for a late check out and was only given 1/2 hour, with out being given a chance to explain my issue. As I said the staff on the surface are nice, but truly don't understand the customers experience.

When I returned to the hotel after work, I was extremely disappointed to find hair in the shower that did not belong to me, indicating the room had still not been properly cleaned. Once again, I was told that there was no staff available and that the hotel was sold out. At this point, the situation had gone well beyond an inconvenience. A clean and sanitary room is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, that standard was not met at any point during my stay. I do have photos as well should you need them. Given these circumstances, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund for my one-night stay. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally.

If you are coming off I-40 and are just wanting a place to stay, you can purchase a microwave meal in the hotel lobby & eat it here. There are microwave ovens and mini-refrigerators in the hotel rooms. There is a limited amount of microwave food available in the lobby. The city was under a boil water notice due to a brutal winter ice & snowstorm. After an easy & quick check-in at the front desk, our clerk brought us up, two bottled waters to the room. Very friendly & efficient staff. Lobby provided hot coffee in the morning. They provided "Grab & Go" breakfast bags from 7am-9am on the weekends. Typically contained: a granola bar, a Pop Tart/ Pillsbury Bagel treat, a bottle of water, & fresh fruit, usually an apple or orange. All the basics in one convenient take away bag. COVID mitigation's fully in place. Including plenty of hand sanitizer stations. The room was spotless, pillows comfortable and the beds were great. Only slight negative was that the Heating/AC unit was a tad noisy. But it acted like white noise to me, so all in all, a pretty comfortable stay. Sure did the "trick" for my wife & I.
