Mr. Gus is the owner and only instructor here so, if he is not available the consumer has no other option - despite the fact the he has taken and up front payment. Well can you refunds me my money Mr. Gus ...and he hangs the phone up. I selected this company for my 16 year old daughter because of it's proximity to my home and we'll she needed the necessary hours of instructional driving to get her licences. All was well until lesson number 2. He did not show up and when we called Mr Gus had a good old case of amnesia and a turn rotator to boot. Really Mr. Gus?????really. When we questioned the validity of this story he hangs the phone up on us. My intent is not to slander this business but to inform the consumer. It was sketchy from lesson 1: During our first conversation, I expressed my desire to obtain my permit first, Mr. Gus proceeded to offer me the 2 hours of driving class + the trip to take my permit test at no extra charge. At the end of the session, he claimed to have amnesia and forgot that he made that promise. I paid the $130 for what was supposed to be 2 hours of driving, but ended up being 45 minutes (in which we drove on the back roads and a 10 minute highway drive). He made another promise at this point to give me "extra time" during my next lesson. Scheduling my next lesson, I wanted to clear up our misunderstanding from the previous class. As I proceeded to ask Mr. Gus clarifying questions regarding our session, I mentioned that I was only felt inclined to pay $65 for 1 hour and not have to pay for the additional time that was taken away from me during our last session. Mr. Gus hung up the phone on me and never called back to apologize or schedule any further lessons. I felt disrespected and Mr. Gus was completely unprofessional. There are no contracts or agreements signed so it gives him a lot of freedom to do as he pleases. He can get very aggressive and defensive when asked questions, and talks over you. Please be mindful of who you choose to spend your well earned money on. Everyone is not deserving.

He picked me up each Saturday from my house and let me decide where I wanted to drive in the city. I work in downtown Atlanta, and therefore, it was important for me to learn how to drive in traffic. So, we spent two hours driving through downtown, Midtown and Atlantic Station. I am so grateful for this driving school. Even though the prices are low, the quality is great. The instructor has great insurance policy to cover student drivers and there is a brake on the other side of the vehicle for the instructor to use to help the student drivers. All of this made me feel safe and secure while learning to drive.

I signed up for a risk reduction class in December with the classes beginning on Monday, 1/12/26. I requested a physical workbook due to my eyesight and was told to be at the Duluth office to pick it up on Monday by 4:00 (they are not open on weekends) on the day of the class (1/12/26). I left work early and arrived by 4:00 only to find they were closed. I was told the office manager left early and I had to view the workbook electronically. That was just the first red flag. I realized early in the class that the instructor did not seem to like me by his responses to my answers to some of his questions. I was trying to show that I was present and participating, but he was condescending and he belittled/berated me if he disagreed with my responses. By the last day, he questioned in class if the children that I work with even like me (the classes are recorded). This was personally not a positive experience for me. I would not recommend. Finally, the communication appears to be primarily via text messages, and the beginning of the thread seems to be automated (at least over the weekend) since I asked questions that were never answered and the responses were generic. It asked if wanted to participate in another program, but when I asked what it was, I didn't receive an answer. If you text them with issues during the week, an actual person will respond, it just takes a while.
