If you are a parent, please do a search regarding the owner of Class Athlete, Roy Bova. Reviews of…read morethis organization, specifically his leadership, are atrocious. I have now learned how terrible it is personally, also, as he changed the terms of registration for Spring Break camp a month after my payment and registration and is refusing a refund. He said that I 'should have read the agreement', but sadly I did and he is an arrogant and abusive thief. I have submitted photo proof of how the terms in writing changed after registration to multiple agencies as I feel obliged to warn other Moms to avoid Roy Bova and Class Athlete at all costs. He should be ashamed of the horrible reviews and reputation he already has from years back, yet he still engages in ripping off the community and treating parents and children like trash. He does not deserve a single penny from families and I do hope the talk about class action lawsuits goes into action for past behavior and fraud.

When she started her first day they rushed through drills and the coach told the girls "you're expected to know this by now" without attempting to get to know my daughter. This was her second season. You play extremely late in the evenings. And when I approached the owner I was initially ignored once he finally engaged he was extremely rude. He said he would try to move her to another team more appropriate. Of course, that didn't happen. I ask for a refund. He agrees then ghosts me. Rise or i9 is way better for our youth!

However, around COVID, I decided not to renew, so it has been a few years since I've been to a game. The reps from the team have been in contact with me often over the last several years. The call and they email, asking if I want to buy another season or package of games. Apparently, all my points from lion nation have added up? They said I had credit in my account that I could use towards tickets. I used my credit to get a three game package in the vip section which includes all you can eat and drink (NA/beer/wine). We went to a Saturday game and had a great time. The seats were great- I could see the plays happening and nothing blocked my view. The food has suffered a bit of a decline. No longer do they serve elaborate charcuterie tables, but instead have a few hot items and the typical hot dog plus/minus chili cheese. That night it was pasta, Chicken and waffles and pork taco. The food was just ok. For beverages, their coolers were full all night with water, soda and sparkling water. We did not want to have beer or wine. They do sell cocktails. The lounge experience has gone downhill. It no longer seems like a vip experience because there are just too many people. They have a huge TV now and they got rid of the small merchandise shop. The lounge is unbelievably noisy. It was difficult to find a place to sit and eat. I do like that it has bathrooms, so I don't have to go far and miss the game. The D entrance is nice too- it's private and has clean bathrooms and a way to get to the regular concourse if you desire. I do like the team. I also enjoy the game. However, I don't think the vip experience is worth it. Just get the cheap tickets and eat on the concourse or go out to eat after the game. You can get a great view from many seats in the stadium. I love that you can go to the game on any budget- they have cheap tickets in the supporter section. It's affordable for most people. I will continue to support the team and I will finish my package of games. I still have more credit so I'll invite some friends. But if I buy tickets in the future, it won't be for the vip lounge experience. I'd rather get a suite or sit in the regular seats.
