Better the Orlando city Youth. Good coaches and plus they have ssp which is like private strengthening coach, most clubs don't have this.

For what is charged I feel they more recruit talent vs develop players. Better options in the market. Best to just have someone give you a player card, guest play for Free, use the money you would waste for club training and just go to a training academy and you can make your own schedule. read more

I wouldn't feel right if I didn't leave a review for this "Soccer club". I honestly never leave reviews for anything or anyone. Very sorry so long... Now, just to be fair, we only experienced the tryout which only cost $25.00. The tryout was 4 days long 1.5 hours per day which sounds great for $25.00 right! I really didn't care if my kid got a nod to play for them or not, but we have been with the same club since he was 4 and I wanted to see how he would stack up against other kids in another club. He is currently in U9. By the way, we are with Class Athlete, which is much better and more affordable if anyone is looking. They have their problems, but nothing like FKK. Here's the rub.... For the first 3 days the coaches stood in the middle of the 2 fields the kids were playing on, barely paying attention. Based on interactions we saw and what kids were left after day #1, they had already chosen the kids on their top tier teams before the tryouts even started. The "Tryouts" if you want to call them that, were a free for all, no rules, hammer fest, none stop scrimmage. Several smaller kids got ran over by the much larger ones. It would take the coaches minutes to finally see that a kid was hurt. Based on what I saw, they are not looking for skills necessarily here, just who can take and give the most punishment and keep going. The "Coaches" would just keep saying Keep playing. The kids that were taught to be ball hogs or are just naturally that way, I'm sure loved it since the kids with passing skills would give it up and never see the ball again. The ones that "succeeded" right away were the kids that have played, are playing, or tried out for them in the past and knew what this was going to be like. Everyone else had to adjust, which took some kids a while (or not at all) that are used to, you know, rules and stuff like that. They NEVER ran a drill or skill test to see who could do what. I only kept going because we signed up and I don't want my kids to think they can quit just because it's different or hard. After we signed up for tryouts, I never received any other communications from them. They kept saying tell the parents to check their email. Nothing. The tryout just ended, so I was waiting for a yes or even a sorry he didn't make it this time email. Nothing. They moved the fields on us the last 2 days to 2 different locations. Nothing. It did just end, so I'll give it some time before I call and give them a piece of my mind....But I'm sure they won't answer or I won't get in contact with someone that it will matter to. In closing, based on my experience, a 1 star is pretty generous. Not saying they won't step up and actually coach the kids that do make the teams. BUT, (big but here) the tryout, in my humble opinion, is inefficient, ineffective, and not worth the 4 days of our time. read more

This league has no regard for students school schedules. They had tryouts during state FSA testing. Plus did not divulge that there was only 2 spots for 50 kids trying out. I wish I stuck to my guns and didn't let her tryout. The tryouts lasted 6 days. All through the the first weeks of important tests. All for only 2 available spots. That would of definitely influenced both myself and my daughters decision on tryouts had we known. read more

This place is a racket. They recruit the best kids because they give these promises that they help obtain a college scholarship for the kids who are good. But what people don't understand is that you don't have to pay tens of thousands of dollars for this. If your child is talented, most of the scouting happens in high school because they don't scout young children. This club charges tuition between $1600-$1800 per year and an additional $1250 to $1550 in team fees. The team fees are supposed to pay for the tournaments. However each team has anywhere between 14 to 18 players on it paying that. Tournaments cost anywhere between $350-$750 per team and 2 of the 6 events that this club promises are their own tournaments. Keep in mind, when they host these tournaments, there could be 10 teams per division, per age group competing all paying over $600 each all with the hopes of winning a single $50 trophy and five dollar medals for the team players. Also they host the event at a place where you have to pay five dollars per day for parking and they overcharge other concession stands. When you work out the math you realize that this club profits over $13,000 per team just in team fees alone. This club has anywhere from 3 to 6 teams per age group. This doesn't even include the tuition which is separate or tournaments. They use parks which they just get a permit for practices which are cheap and hire coaches with a D license or slightly higher. A D license you can get online for a few hundred dollars. They also force the parents to volunteer or pay a $50 fee to the club. Next, they make you pay $500 for uniforms which literally cost the club less than $40 because they get them from China and I know that these cheap uniforms cost only around $15 each at most. They also make sure that you get another bag which is an additional $60 which really is only worth about five dollars. When you go to the tournaments, the parents are responsible for paying the coaches hotel expenses and food as well. This club has a reputation for winning yes, but they sell that emotion to gullible rich and wealthy families that are highly competitive with the hopes of their kid will either get a college scholarship or play professional. Anyone with common sense would understand that if you want your child to play professionally, professional teams run tryouts and usually draft kids out of college or get them from poor countries. Colleges tend to scout their players in high school where there is no "pay to play" option. Also people who have common sense would understand that the tens of thousands of dollars they pay this club over the years, they could pay for that child's college in full multiple times. The issue with this club is that it represents everything wrong with American soccer and corporate greed all wrapped into one pretty but deceptive package. Also, they are so arrogant that they feel that they don't even need to respond to your emails or requests, as you are nothing to them, and you should feel lucky that they even allow you to be a part of their club. You can pay thousands of dollars in a single year, sacrifice every weekend only to be slapped in the face the following year with no apologies or explanation. If you want your child to play soccer and be happy, I would recommend one of the smaller soccer academies that is not so money hungry and skilled at the art of manipulating emotional yet gullible people out of thousands of dollars a year. If you were thinking about enrolling your child in this club, don't, unless you want to deal with everything literally everything stated. I learned this lesson the hard way and spent over $5000 in a single year only to have my child and myself disrespected. read more

My child really wanted to try the Florida Kraze Krush program, so I signed him up. I reported a bullying situation to both the coach and the Comp Rec Director George. His response was to focus his attention on me, how good the kids were and how great his coach was. He didn't even address my son at all or how the situation should have been resolved. Bulling is a serious thing and should never be tolerated. This is clearly not how a program should be run. We hope that no other player experiences this, so we wrote this review. read more
