She was promised certain things that never happened. When we requested a meeting with Jeff and/or Carol to question why they were not delivering on their promises, they both declined. Which was the last straw, so we pulled her out. My daughter will now spend the summer recovering from severs disease. They really showed their true colors towards the end and I wish I knew this sooner. The unprofessionalism is amazing as I can't figure out why a business owner or manager would not want to meet with the people who are help paying the bills. At the end of the day their business is doing well and neither one knew who we were. So not important enough to meet with I guess.

The preschoolers end up running circles around. Or just doing their own thing. 4-5 little ones per teacher is teacher is more than enough in order for them to actually learn. It's not cheap - this is what makes me complain. Not sure how the older classes are. Hopefully better than these little ones. Also the age groups that they specify on their schedules are not kept. So your 8 year old may be in a class with a 15 year old- and doing different skills. Again- not a good learning environment to learn for the younger ones.

Unfortunately the administrator of this league Steven Bagnon didn't honor the prizes promised and even worse he when I claimed my prize he insulted me (I can probe it, he did it by email). And now he is just ignoring my emails. It seems this guy Bagnon is the only person there, so I can't even report his horrible behavior to anybody. bad, very bad that they don't honor the prizes they promised. UPDATE after Tennis-Orlando response: I've proven proved Steven Chagnon unprofessional behavior, because he's been rude (I see he has a history of complaints) and he hasn't honor the prizes he offered to us (players) in the league. But, I didn't know he is also a liar. He does NOT REFUNDED me at all. These are some excerpts (pearls) he wrote me in several emails before he just decided not to ship me the due prizes. EXCERPTS from his emails: "you won't be the first person to have it be a strike to their ego because the results dictate they need to prove it again" "I have enough drama, the results state it's the right move. But you can be a dick and I'll let you into Elite" After last email, I decided not to play the league anymore, he didn't expelled me from the league, I DID because he INSULTED me as it is stated in the excerpts above. He still offered me to play (it is in the excerpt too), but I said NO again. I just asked for the prize he owed me, and since then he just decided to ignore me and not to ship the prize that I won in the courts. They agreed and said this needs to be redone. The woman who started the process noticed that the stock grip was not even under the overgrip. Being a beginner I would not have noticed this. She then found a stock grip in store she could use, and did a skilled job in taking care of the racquet. The staff could not be more professional and helpful. I was in and out. I highly recommend this group, and it will now be my go to for all my pickleball needs.

They have different session they do for two hours and you have to arrive within does sessions to be able to use the facility. There is a large swimming pool and a kids splash area with a slide l, they also have lifeguards on duty to keep everyone safe. The price is very reasonable and if you are a city of Oviedo resident it's a bit cheaper. Cons;I wish instead of doing sessions they would just open for an x amount of hours but overall it was fun experience for my kids.

We took our daughter here recently to get some wiggles out and just enjoy learning a new skill. She's only been skating a few times around our neighborhood and we thought that this would be an immersive way to get her into the hobby. Definitely check out their calendar of events and when they have good offers and deals. You're likely to score a cheaper price than regular pricing if you pay attention. They also have themed nights and exclusive school nights. You can bring your own skates but you'll need to make sure that they pass the skate check. They do have some limitations on skates you bring in to ensure that their floors don't get torn up. As a side note you'll also want to make sure you bring in identification for all adults, and leave any food or drinks that come from outside in your car. Learned both of these the hard way. They have a smaller child skating area that helps them learn before they get out onto the bigger floor. Our daughter enjoyed this so that she had a little bit of time to learn before being thrown into a large space. We did have her try out the large space after about an hour of practice. They also have a limited number of arcade games, a small cafe, and a birthday party room. Overall: A Well it is a bit dated and could use some upgrades, it brings with it all the nostalgia of my childhood so it was still a win.
