Walk - in for a 60 min relax massage. They were booked but were able to squeeze me in but I had to wait 15 min which was fine. Put my shoes into a cubby & was given slippers The massage was everything I needed it to be, focused on my Trouble areas and really got in to the tough knots. My second visit to Eco Massage proved more successful after my initial attempt was fully booked schedule. I appreciated the soothing ambiance, calming decor, and perfect music. The staff checked in on my comfort throughout, and I managed to secure an appointment 45 minutes later. There is a waiting area to change your shoes and wear slippers and drink something. Staff brought up about using the toilet before starting the session before I was going to ask. At the end, staff mention about the option to leave a feedback on various sites as they value our experiences which was good to know. They also provided a card for a 10% discount on my next visit. My partner used Andrea for the 60 minute deep tissue massage service and it is his go to type of massage so he knows what to expect. He was satisfied with his service. As for me, I had Ignes for eco massage and everything was great except for the coldness. Despite having been to other spas, I experienced unusual coldness, affecting my nose, while my partner felt fine. The offering of a warm drink of the hot red fruit tea with no caffeine helped me feel warmer. Communication was smooth due to the staff's proficiency in English. I do want to mention that massages will linger soreness in the next day to heal. For areas of improvement, I would have liked the option for blankets, towels, a heater, and warmed towels wipe down, as I was only covered with a sheet part of the time. Additionally, I suggested covering the body if specific areas weren't being worked on unless directly told not to. Overall, I would avoid full body massage in the future unless the suggested enhancements were implemented by the spa. It would have been better to just do the legs. read more

We had a good experience with a couples massage. I contacted them by email and they were very responsive to make the appointment. There is an area upstairs for couples massage. Downstairs you lay on the floor. There is no privacy between massage areas on the downstairs level. You can hear all sounds. Our massages were nice and there was music playing. They used oil. It was cash only the day we visited due to credit card machine being down. It was 45 Euro for one hour massage per person. If you are massaged downstairs you leave clothes on and lay on the floor. read more

My daughter and I paid for deep tissue massages in the same room. They separated us and we both individually had horrible experiences. The therapist didn't do deep tissue it was more like an oil down feather touch. I had to ask to switch therapist because it was so bad. When we came out and realized we both had horrible experiences with the poorly skilled therapists, management only deducted 10%. The ambiance does not live up to the reviews and neither do the therapists. The fact they didn't make it right just made it worse. Don't waste your money on an expensive massage. read more

Got an incredible massage from Robson today. He was kind and such a great masseur. I did the relaxing massage for an hour + the foot massage for 20 minutes. Wish I'd been in there for 2 hours instead. My lymphatic massage got cancelled which was an inconvenience but I'll just go back. Wonderful staff and experience. The room we were brought to was up a set of spiral stairs, and reminded me of a treehouse. The oil they used was not scented, and excellent for sensitive skin, which is hard to find in my experience. I rolled in off the street and had a great deep tissue massage from Tanya. The setup is not typical, and if you're a real stickler for privacy, ask for one of the rooms upstairs. As it was, I was downstairs and eventually took my top off. While I was always covered up, you could have seen my bare back from the street, and I know that's not for everyone.
