I went here on a Saturday afternoon thankfully after they had returned from lunch and man they move a lot of volume. There was probably about 3 people ahead of me with large amounts of recycle. Thankfully I was able to get in and out in total under 30min or so. They also give you cash on the spot. Word to the wise sort your recycle at home before you come, it will make your time quicker and a lot smoother. That's what I had done. It allowed me to skip most of the people as they still needed to sort their materials. Also I did a rough count of my items before hand and while I was packing them into the barrels and the math seemed about right. Give them a shot for your bottle and can recycling needs.

Overall we spent 20 minutes here but that was mainly waiting for others ahead of us to be weighed. I think there was a scale issue this morning. We were unaware that they close at 2pm on Saturdays. We usually come early during the week. But today we were surprised to see that they allowed us to drop off our goods and even helped me unload. Another lady showed up during this time and they also accommodated her too, what a great way to do business, customer first. We have been coming here for years because no one else beats their prices, even without a coupon there prices are always paying better. When I called to resolve the issue and asked to speak with someone who could assist with removing the fees, the representative (Divina) hung up on me. That's extremely unprofessional and not how customers should be treated. I'm trying to bring my account current and enroll in autopay to prevent future issues, but I can't do that until these charges are addressed. Customers shouldn't be penalized for a failure in the company's own notification system. I'm hoping someone from Waste Management can review this situation and make it right. I'm happy to update this review if the issue is resolved.
