I've just filed a Yelp claim against this business because there's no point trying to resolve it with someone so unprofessional. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a vicious comeback from Kiran for my review here! The company sent two workers to my home without notifying me that neither of them spoke English. This created serious communication barriers, and I had to rely on Google Translate just to give basic instructions. One worker appeared to be underage, and the other couldn't even read the simple Spanish instructions I showed her on my phone. They arrived an hour late with minimal tools--certainly not enough for the move-in cleaning I had requested. Instead of addressing the areas that actually needed attention, they wasted time cleaning spaces that were already clean. The older worker couldn't follow even the simplest directions, and I spent most of the time struggling to communicate through Google Translate. The service was nowhere near worth $90/hour. Honestly, how much do you think this business is paying these untrained workers who can't speak English? Do the workers even have work permits to protect themselves from exploitation? When I requested a discount due to their lateness, communication issues, and poor quality of service, Kiran flatly refused. But it didn't end there -- she turned it around immediately and made it seem like I was the problem. Her response, "English is not your first language either. You shouldn't judge people like that." What?? Apparently, paying for workers who can communicate with me and do the job right is too much to ask!! When I said I would leave an honest review, Kiran couldn't wait to insult me with "99% of our customers are smart. They will know you're a difficult customer." Wow! Never would have expected that from someone in customer service! She then complained that I had been texting her all day--when, in reality, she was the one who had to text me to let me know their workers were an hour late! Her text "And you have been texting me all day. I don't think he would've been happy anyways." Who's "he"? Seems Kiran was scared of him being unhappy, and that was her only concern. Their Yelp page is deceptive. They advertise using branded "Got It Maid" vehicles by making it the first picture, but the workers actually arrived in an Uber with no company uniforms and only a few equipment. This is definitely not what I expected from a professional service. This entire experience with Kiran has me questioning whether this business is involved in fraudulent activity or, at the very least, something unethical. Stay away from this business!

They provide their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum is immaculate as I have a German shepherd that sheds ALOT and it's hard to grab all of it even with my Dyson vacuum on my rug and they get all of it and throw away all the trash as well. Baseboards, vents, and walls look very clean which often is overlooked by other cleaners. They even clean under the spouts of the faucet! I would say they clean for about 2-3 hours but feels pretty quick. I do have to note that I had a broken glass while they were cleaning my bar cart but the cleaning lady as soon as they broke it contacted the admin who contacted me about next steps. They reimbursed me the amount of the glass. I've recently had an injury and can no longer do deep Cleanings on my home as I can be VERY picky and I'm pretty meticulous with my cleaning so from the other cleaners I've tried I'll stick with this one. I also like how they send a text when the cleaner is en route with an ETA - Arrival: our cleaner arrived on time and followed our tricky apartment entrance instructions. No issues getting to our unit - Easy payment: they send you a link to pay post service - Availability: We inquired late on a Sunday and they had someone available the next morning and afternoon (on a holiday weekend too!) - Competitive pricing - Products: they use pet safe products - The problem stains on our tub and stove were removed and look great! The majority of her time was spent with these two items as they were in desperate need of some extra work. Room for improvement: - Upon arrival, our cleaner walked straight into the apartment with her shoes on. Walked through our carpeted hallway, into our carpeted bedroom, straight to our very dusty and dirty balcony to check out the space. Wouldn't be an issue if it was hardwood however it was carpet and it was only going to be vacuumed during this service. The balcony was one of our main priorities as we let it get real bad over the past few months and haven't had a chance to clean it. I offered her brand new house slippers to use and she declined saying she could just take her shoes off. I remember cleaners being shoeless, using shoe covers, or using cleaning specific shoes being part of 24/25's company policy. - We requested a deep clean, however aside from the tub and stove, the rest were only regular or lightly cleaned. Mirrors and sliding door windows were still dusty and had visible marks - In order to book, you have to fill out a lengthy online booking form AND a mini text confirmation. I don't mind the extra work, I get that they need to know what is being requested however I didn't understand the point as it did not seem this info was communicated to the cleaner. The agency did tell us we could point out the extra spots of concern to the cleaner directly. On the text form, I marked "yes" for "wash trash bin" and "windows clean", neither were completed - For our balcony, I also marked "yes" for "balcony/patio sweep/mop". I also put a note asking to be mindful of the neighbors below as I do not want any of the debris getting to their unit. I showed the cleaner the additional task on the balcony which required taking out leaves, cobwebs, twigs, and other dirt buildup. While checking out the spot, the cleaner started throwing twigs off the balcony. It didn't get on the other units but I was a bit thrown off by that. When she was leaving and saying goodbye, I noticed only the additional task was done and not the basic sweep/mop of the balcony, as requested on the text form. I asked her about the rest of the balcony and she responded saying she did what I asked. I clarified that I was hoping for the rest of the balcony to be cleaned. She responded sure and quickly went over to vacuum the area (not sweep or mop). There was a bit of change in tone, it felt as if she was bothered by the request. - Unfortunately after she finished the area it was still a bit dirty. She did ask if we checked everything else and if she needed to fix other items, but by then we didn't want to ask anymore based off the way she went back to work on the balcony. We were no longer comfortable asking about the other sections. I understand that we should have flagged all of our concerns while the cleaner was still there, so that part is on us! We're on the quieter side and should have mentioned it but we also didn't want to helicopter and micromanage especially when the items missed are standard requests for a regular cleaning, not a deep clean. We did address our concerns to the agency and they were very quick to reply and offered to send the cleaner back but we politely declined. ------ Overall - working with the agency was quick and easy however it may have just been the specific cleaner we were paired with that didn't match our needs.
