Overall it's decent but when I took it home I noticed something's. I paid for full interior / outside detail. Trims on the inside were still dirty, shifters still had scum from the steam, and they didn't wipe my back dash. I will say my car wasn't in the best but for the price, it felt rushed. MAKE SURE TO TAKE SEVERAL BEFORE PICTURES, I'll tell you why. I called about shampooing my fabric seats. They said they did that. Although they don't use water they steam clean the fabric not exactly a shampoo. The dirt wasn't sucked out like traditional shampoo. That was $100 the they charged extra $50 to take care of the stains on the interior ceiling. When I got my car back initially it looks perfect. Then that when I noticed my navigation/radio/back up camera screen was completely malfunctioning. They said that couldn't have happened by there cleaning. I told them maybe it was the steam cleaner they disputed it. I even showed them the before pictures showing zero damage they said it must be wiring. Then the owner blocked my number when I was texting evidence they steam cleaned my navigation screen and it's all different colors like static. ANYWAY THE THE BACKUP CAMERA IS ALMOST 100% useless now and it's more unsafe without the camera. They refused to show me the 4k video they take when cleaning the car. Now my only option for a reimbursement for damage is going to small claims court but no one that works for the company would give me the owners full name so it is harder to go to small claims court without their full name. Anyways the dealer quoted me $2,200 worth of damage and i can save money if I buy a used part but those range around $300 without install with install maybe $600 in total. They won't reimburse me a penny so I spend $150 to owe $600 to $2200 dollars in damages. Worst experience of my life getting a car cleaned. This is why I always do it myself for this exact reason. read more

I bring my car here every week to get a car wash because they're located in my gym parking in miracle Mile. After bringing my car several times, I asked them if they could do a detail because my car didn't smell new anymore. The results are beyond what I couldn't even imagine. I asked them to shampoo the carpets and mats and they did a conditioner on the whole car inserts and now every time I get in the car smells like a brand new car. My wife 2021 Tesla Model Y LR had so many light scratches all over the car. Had recommendation from bunch of places to do some different stages of color correction and some coating estimating couple thousands.. I come here for my gym and wanted compare some pricing and services so I stopped by and they quoted for color correction and detailing for fraction of the prices that I was quoted for at other places. For the price I wasn't expecting too much but honestly best money spent.. the color came out like it just came out of factory new shine and 90 percent of scratches are now gone. I really hope this last couple month... since I'm not savvy on this detailing stuff I hope its not some chemical that is making my car look new temporary.. but if it's not this is some magic . I'm writing to bring an issue to your attention regarding my recent visit to your location. During my car wash service, I had a grocery bag hanging from the coat rack in the backseat of my vehicle. Inside the bag were some food items, a sponge I had purchased, and a prescription. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I discovered that the bag had been gone they threw it in the trash, called to ask about my bag they did not care but they found the bag -- the groceries were missing, and only the prescription and sponge were left behind. It seems that my groceries were mistakenly thrown away during the cleaning process.
