Very happy that they could take a same day appointment, but I regretted this appointment days after once I realized how streaky my windows and side mirrors were, the missed dirty spots (like my rearview mirror)... but the worst was treatment of my plastic material mats that were treated in a way that made them dangerously slippery. That's not even an exaggeration as my foot was slipping on and off the gas, and I could barely get out of my car without eating pavement. Clearly they were supposed to rinse those off and just left them as is. All in all, very disappointed in a detailing that was only slightly cheaper than other places ($170 vs. $200+) but had far worse quality. I guess I got what I paid for. read more

First time here getting my truck cleaned the guy gave me a quote for $170-190 through the phone. When I came to dropped off the truck it was really dark in the parking lot didn't seem like they can see what they were doing. When I picked up the truck the guy charged me $250 including tip! They didn't tell me that they would charge me more than what we agree with!! Why didn't they give me a courtesy call at least?! When I picked up the truck I purchase and concentrated on INTERIOR DETAIL + Wash. this what I get so many spots that didn't get thoroughly cleaned floor mats, behind steering wheel, door handles etc I got RIPPED OFF for this. Never coming back to a parking lot underground structure! You can barely see anything in the parking lot all the imperfections they missed man if only I knew it would come out like this. I love this place, I've been coming here for years. They always do an incredible job and it's a great place to wash your car and run some errands while you wait. It's really rare to find a car wash, where they care about you and your car, and they really do here and it shows. Zenaldo is the absolute best! He is so nice and really talented when it comes to making your car look brand new. Every time he washes my car it looks amazing. I remember the first time I met Zenaldo many years ago when I had wet cement leak onto my new Mercedes from the ceiling of a parking garage. Everywhere I went no one would touch it, and told me I just needed to get my car repainted. Luckily I found Zenaldo and he was able to take the cement off without damaging my paint. Zenaido and his guys recently took care of deep cleaning my Mazda CX-5. We also regularly use Eco Detailing squad to take care of my boyfriend's BMW gran coupe. Whenever I bring my car, it's a nice little ritual: I drop my car, go run errands at Target or Starbucks and come back a few hours later to find it sparkling. ECO mobile detailing usually does a wonderful job - after washing them, the machine looks like new. The location is very convenient, especially when you need to combine washing with other things. The staff is always friendly and fast, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, after the last visit, a problem arose - numerous circular scratches from washing became noticeable in the sun. This is especially annoying, given the presence of a ceramic coating that should protect the car. If they correct this moment with the washing technique, it will be an ideal place to care for the car. So far - good service, but with the risk of damage to the coating. read more

My car needed some real love inside so I was going to select the interior eco 170 and get the 100 dollar paint touch up since my car had some pretty big scratches on the passenger side (ooopies I'm a girl that can't park :)!) anyway Zenaido suggested for me to get the full Eco detail which was 300 which is a little pricey, but they went above and beyond my expectations. They were able to get off A LOT of my scratches on my car and they left the inside very clean. Above that they have awesome customer service and if you go to this location they validate your parking which is always nice:)! Ive been coming to this spot for about a year now and I like how it's in the target parking lot. The quality of the work is usually pretty good on most washes. But recently their service took a bad turn. I'm not a fan of bait switches prices. I've always paid $40 + tips for my Tesla SUV and today the guy working their said my car would take too long to wash so it has to be $80. I've been getting the same wash for months and I bring my car always in the same conditions. It's not like it was more dirty. It just sends the manager on site might've been feeling a different way today and just decided to up the price on me suddenly. I can't say enough great things about this place. Estella and Gasper (spelling?) and their team took amazing care of me. I took my boyfriend's car in because it's been awhile. It was pretty dusty and there were spills and stains that needed to get cleaned out, along with scratches on the outside. I also asked if they could clean the trunk, even though there were golf bags, shoes, and things in there. They said yes. They will be the ones to take everything out, clean the trunk, then put everything back in. When I got it back, the whole car smelled amazing and basically looked like new. On top of that, their team asked me to check the car to make sure I was happy with it before I actually paid, which I really appreciated. It was worth every penny! Eco Mobile Detailing tells me that they detailed my car. The interior was...not good. They didn't clean in the center console cubby. There are waterspots on the instrument panel. And check out the dashboard in the picture. It's like they forgot to clean half of it. I'm going to have to go over it again myself. That's a problem at $300 plus tip. But the outside is worse. There is either polish haze or a TON of swirl marks all over my black paint. Pictures tell all. Part of the issue I think is that the service is done underground. There's not enough light to see every little detail. As a result, I didn't see the dashboard issue when I picked up the car and drove away. As soon as I got out of the parking structure, I started getting disappointed. The staff was nice, and they spent a lot longer on my car than they estimated (which is both good and bad). But I got comparable (not-great) interior work and far better exterior work done at George's in West LA for over one hundred fewer dollars. read more

I'm so bummed to be writing this but I don't know what else to do. I booked the interior detailing and wash service today ($238 service with tip) After the guys who washed my car left I found this mark on the back seat of my car. I called the main number to notify them about it and figure out what to do and the manager (owner? Whoever was answering the phones today) said he would talk to them and call me back. Then the car washers called me back and came over themselves to assess the damages, he said the steamer got too hot and took the paint off but he could come paint it later. Since I'm very uneducated when it comes to repairing car seats, I let the manager know that I would be taking it to the Audi dealership to get a quote and look at what had happened to see how they would fix it. He became incredibly angry with me very argumentative and was rude from the jump. Not a moment was he professional or personable? He just denied from the start and has now since blocked my phone number and not allowed me to contact him anymore. I can assure you, I was nothing but respectful and calm and communicating what it happened and I'm unsure of what to do from here. I've made a post about it on social media will obviously be commenting this on yelp as well, but be aware that although they may clean cars OK their customer service is appalling. read more

This was very disappointing, especially since I had pointed out to them when they arrived the problem spots. I would not recommend them nor use them again. For a $70 car wash I have higher expectations than what this company is able to consistently deliver. Unfortunately, when you pay $35 for a basic wash or $70 for the eco wash & wax, they have a hard time actually covering the basics. Sometimes they have done a decent job, but not today. Far from it. Now, obviously I don't expect my car to be detailed for that price, but I certainly don't expect to find obvious dirt marks still remaining, actual raised dirt that I can literally remove with a simple wipe of my finger. In fact, I showed the mngr these spots on the hood snd the window trim and wiped them away with my finger while he watched, and he still insisted that my car was too dirty (ok so im at fault), and that these dirt spots are not covered by the basic wash. Gotta pay $170 for that. Say what??? So, you don't even do basic thorough wiping of the outside of the car for $70????? For the record, the interior also still had several obvious bits of raised dirt that were overlooked. Cmon guys, do i really have to upgrade to the $170 wash to get you to do what i can do with armor all leather wipes in a few minutes at home? In reality, it's clear they cleaned my car in a hurry, and simply didn't do a thorough job. I did take note that several cars pulled up just as i did, so they got suddenly very busy at that time and i thought it strange that he told me it would take 45 minutes to wash the car. That's the same time it takes when there's virtually no other cars. I wondered how they would clean all those cars with only 2-3 guys in just 45 min. The answer is they'll do a half ass job. What really pissed me off though, is the mngr was not sympathetic in anyway, instead argued with me, told me i was wrong and told me i can go to another car wash next time. Terrible terrible service. If it were one of those cheap crappy $25 drive through car washes, i could be more forgiving and just forget about it, but for $70 you really have to expect the customer to have higher expectations. Hate to say it, but i feel ripped off. What pisses me off most, is now i will be losing the convenience of getting my car washed in the building that i work. Really good job I'm not sure how long my car hasn't been cleaned in, but they were able to get out the seat stains and they didn't come back! The car interior looks really great brand new, I really like how they finished in about an hour, and were on time, communicative, the "request was easy through Yelp, and the guys were friendly. The only thing I didn't appreciate was at the very end when I ask for the price they tried to charge me by $20 for an SUV price when I literally have a small four-door Kia and with package three that's only $170 That comes with the full interior clean and just basic exterior wash. I know that they try to charge me more because I just ask generally how much it was getting ready to pay through Venmo, but I read the pricing before and I knew that $190 was actually for the SUV pricing and when I mentioned $170 they were like "OK yeah that's fine that's the price that we will do, that's fine that's fine". So just be careful. Make sure you read all the prices and know what you want. read more

Let me start by saying that I do NOT trust my car with just anyone. In fact, this is the ONLY non-drive-thru car wash I have been to since I began leasing my cars in 2017. And let me just say...it did not disappoint. I will caution though -- this place can get very busy on weekends (2-3 hour waits), so either come during an "off" time or plan to do some shopping! But seriously. This place is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. For an interior and exterior basic wash, you are looking at around $40-ish, but your car will literally look like new. There were some hairline scratches on my vehicle that actually disappeared ever since I started coming here. And any specs of dirt? GONE!
