Parked under the wrong tree and ended up with sap everywhere. Absolute nightmare. Brought my car here for a full detail ($190) and they crushed it. Car looks amazing, like the sap never happened. Super easy process too: you get a parking ticket when you enter and they validate it, and they text you when the car is ready. Gabriel helped me out and he was awesome: friendly, professional, and made the whole thing easy. I'll definitely be back for all my detailing from now on. I requested a full interior and exterior detail and engine bay cleaning. They did not provide service agreed upon. I waited until they were finished and told me they were done so I did not interfere how they did their work. Lots of dirt everywhere did not soap or use brushes just use a lot of towels and wiping. they did not clay bar the car as was agreed and just lightly buffed the exterior did not condition or clean the leather and just wiped with a towel the engine bay was steam cleaned no brush and just a lot of conditioner sprayed but lots of dirt still. The wheels still had brake dust and dirty. They didn't do a bad job for a regular car wash but if you advertise it to be a full interior and exterior detail provide the service you described especially for the price quoted of 400 dollars. read more

These people are disgusting to their staff and they broke my car window and then were disgusting to me. Hanging up on me when asking where my car was, lying about the damage Etc. saying There was a video showing they weren't liable and then not sending me the video so I could see it for myself. It was insane. I heard the manager very loudly say to one of their employees "what are you f*ing stupid?". This was before I saw the damage to my car and I looked at the employee and said "I'm so sorry you work somewhere where people treat others that way". Truly cannot say enough good things about ECO Mobile Detailing. I had a horrible experience with my car insurance, but the guys here worked incredibly hard to improve things for me. I primarily worked with Kirill, and he was the best. He always responded to my texts and emails and made me feel like a valued customer. I didn't feel treated right by insurance, but never did I feel pressured or pushed by ECO. The claim lasted almost 2 months (insurance company's fault - I want to make that very clear), and I always knew what was happening with my car from ECO and Kirill. Trust means a lot to me, especially looking like me and dealing with car things, and I trust them. My car is back and better and smells not like a swamp (water damage claim). I called Eco Mobile Detailing to get my car detailed and the interior washed since it had lingering vomit smell. The guys at Eco Mobile sent out Ruben and Gabriela the same day, an hour after I called, to get my car detailed. Over the next two hours they detailed the exterior and removed the lingering vomit smell from my car. Ruben also explained to me additional services they provide, such as scratch removals, that my car needs since LA drivers love to bump into cars while parking. Overall. My sedan wasn't that bad but definitely needed interior steam cleaning. They took a little over an hour and it's like I have a new car. I found Eco Mobile Detailing (EMD) on Sunset in WEHO a couple years ago when looking for a Hand only car wash. A couple of years ago I got PPF from a location in Hollywood and was informed only Hand washes are acceptable, as to not damage the PPF. Julian, the owner; Luis, the manager, are great and friendly folks to work with. They always do a great job cleaning and washing my cars. EMD also offers PPF at more reasonable prices - I wish I knew about them before getting PPF done on my first vehicle. I got PPF done here with my second vehicle - they did a wonderful job (better than the other spot), and I paid almost half of what the other place charged me. I've been washing my cars exclusively with Eco Mobile for the last 6 months or so. The last time they came, they badly scratched the clear coat on two of my cars. I brought it up in a professional manner to the owner, who got very angry and accused me of lying. He never even looked a the car. I take very careful care of my cars, and I am 100% confident the scratches were from this wash. Additionally, this was the very first wash after a fresh paint job on one car, and the other car was 2024. I'll be going elsewhere for paint correction work (what a nuisance!), and I'm left debating if it's worth taking eco mobile to small claims court to pay for it. Steer clear of these guys - any convenience they offer is not worth the risk that they leave you with a damaged car, then lay on personal attacks to add insult to injury. read more

Started with a beloved 70s Toyota that had been left out on the street, under sun, trees, and a favorite meeting spot for incontinent birds. I was fearing permanent paint damage as the car has been repainted from the original factory coat and called up Eco to see what they could do. Opted for the full detailing package, inside and out, to treat the ol' girl. Jorge and Denilson were timely, thorough, and kind. Full service took about an hour and a half and I had time to run an errand or two--Jorge just texted me when they finished up. When I arrived back, my car was shining clean, very little evidence of its previously soiled state, about as like-new as things are gonna get with a 40 year old daily driver. Appreciated that the fellas stuck around to make sure I was happy with all the details inside and out. Hard to beat for convenience and the quality of the job. Good price and overall final outcome, but after waiting the original 3 quoted hours it took to complete the work, there were many obvious issues with the exterior results that I needed to point out. For example, a rust stain on the side steps or stubborn bugs on the front grill. These sort of things are ultimately the reason you're paying for a detail vs a standard car wash so I was a bit surprised based on the amount of positive reviews here. In the end, the car looks great, but it took 3 attempts, 4.5 hours, and me advocating for myself to get there :/ read more

This place is beyond excellent! I had some old old tree sap and some chemicals on my car from leaking pipes that I couldn't get off myself and they made my car look new even with the damaged paint!!
