As we walked in, I noticed the open concept and minimal decor and fell in love with it! We were greeted by both the employees working right away and I must say, the customer service was perhaps the best part of the entire experience. We were never rushed to order as they gave us plenty of time to debate the menu and when it came time to order, the gentleman was very thorough and helpful with the sizes of drinks, explaining the milk alternatives which are free of charge, order was clarified to ensure it was correct - all in all, you could feel he took his time to get things right for us. When our iced matcha beverages were handed off, he realized he didn't let us know they come Una's a default and there, he offered simple syrup or vanilla syrup of our choosing since we do prefer our matcha sweetened. After tasting, we told him two pumps wasn't sweet enough and he kindly added more syrup for us. I personally ordered the seasonal white chocolate matcha as a hot beverage which was tasty but a little too sweet - I would request for half sweet next time. I also got the sea salt chocolate chip cookie as I couldn't resist (it looked so good in the pastry display!) It turned out to be absolutely delicious - the edges being the best part. My mom said it paired well with her Americano which was made with their Heritage blend. Speaking of which, before my mom ordered her coffee, she was offered to try their brew before buying which was really helpful as it ended up being too acidic for her. The Heritage blend was much more her preference with the nutty notes. All in all, a nice place to study and/or grab a coffee and snack to go! I'd highly recommend anyone to visit if in the area.

Female bartender was very friendly. Place was quite lit on a Saturday afternoon. There was a long, communal picnic table outside, but no umbrellas in sight. Selection wasn't huge, there was a few beers on tap with 4 samples in a flight ($14). Glasses for the flights were quite BIG! Please see pic. The DDIPA/stout were standouts. There wasn't any food/snacks - maybe chips - on-site, but there was someone doing a BBQ outside, but I was unsure whether or not that was a Saturday special as I didn't see any signs.

We spotted a cart selling Cold Cofee and I immediately gulped it down. I thought that would be enough but then I spotted a huge crowd around a store. I was lucky that by the time I decided, the crowd had dispersed a bit and my number came after a 5 minute wait. I scanned the menu on the glass window and ordered the large cup with 2 scoops: -Mango - Hazelnut Praline Paid around $9.50 with taxes and stepped away, only to notice that during our wait the queue had grown tremendously and still growing. Thanking my stars, i stepped away from the crowd and dug into the flavors. The mango was delicious. It wasn't overly sweet and had a bit of tang to it. It was more of a sorbet and had flavorsome resemblence to the real fruit. The Hazelnut Praline was creamy and on the sweeter side. The flavor had nice hazelnut tones but I'd have prefer a much deeper flavor, especially of praline. The two contrasting flavors made us enjoy each of them thoroughly, especially on a sunny day. To Foodies: There are a lot of places at Elora delling ice-creams and soft serves - we tried a couple. Of them all, this one was the best. They have lots of flavors and variety of items to satisfy your sweet cravings. Though some may find it a bit on the expensive side. To Management. Great service. Good ice-cream. Family had strawberry which was good. We had Peanut Butter (Chocolate) Chip. Not sure what the base for the ice cream was, but it was less "creamy" and way overloaded with mini chocolate chips. My preference would have been reversed, more creamy peanut butter and less chocolate chips. There are other options that we would love to try. Definitely coming back when we are in town again. The place is a literal hole in the wall and the service was quick and friendly.

They poured our coffees into mugs and then we went over to another counter to fix them up with cream and sugar. Most of the tables were taken so we all sat at the window counter. The bakery has lots of freshly made baked goods from breads to cookies to pies and cakes. There are also savory dishes too. It can be a bit pricey but this place is located in a very touristy area. The seasonal baked goods looked so good and fresh. The apple fritter we got was big and very dense with a few apples in it. They were all out of the rhubarb squares we live so much. When you look into the back you can see all the girls working in their bonnets and cotton dresses. Very cute. Parking is an issue on busy days.
