They did a good job in getting my pants cleaned. They not only do hotel businesses but also walk-in customers drop off. Service was quick. Drop off and same day pickup depending on time or pick up next day. I like how they take down customer information on the computer system. No need to bring back a piece of paper to claim drycleaning items.

I started going to Stephen Cleaners probably 6 months ago and every time I've picked up my order I've been really impressed by how brand new my clothes look. I hadn't thought to leave a review until now because we just got another order back and it was a doozy! I had an unexpected home birth in my bed and ended up getting a huge amount of blood soaked through all of our duvet, duvet cover, and sheets. We thought they were all garbage, but our family convinced us to call Stephen Cleaners to see if there was any way they could be recovered. We were anxious and a bit embarrassed to even inquire about the cleaning, but the staff on the phone were so understanding and friendly. They told us to bring our items in and that they'd do their best to get the blood out. Incredibly, when we picked up our bedding a week later, they were perfectly cleaned -- Not a trace of blood stain anywhere!
