I've been coming here for years and they are always here unless it's a Holiday. I would recommend to call first if it's a holiday. They always have what I need and fix my printers, sometimes right on the spot. I also have a transcription company. They have everything new AND old. It's incredible. We tried like mad to work things out, but finally had to get a different copier from a different company while we are still leasing this white elephant (which is now sitting in my storage unit, unusable). The lease is through a third party leasing equipment leasing company, so we can't blame them, so payments still have to be made.
