There's two car washes in Malibu. And the other one isn't even worth talking about. This is the only one I go to and would ever go to. They've done all my cars. And I'm a car person. It's hard to let someone else wash your car. But here? No worries. They take care of you and use good products. The customer service is unbeatable and the pricing for Malibu? Also unbeatable. Though the photos of "Soldier Boy" are impressive .... This was truly unprofessional and the owner seemed off. He was not present nor was he professional. The man who washed my car was nice but unfortunately this is not a 100.00 wash! It's only milk that spilt so why they didn't clean it is beyond me. I even asked for them to do the console because I could see dirt on it at pick up... his reaction was to dust it and give me attitude. Avoid this place! read more

Eco auto spa is the place to go when your car car needs a wash, wax, or engine cleaning. Jacob, the owner was very welcoming and professional, and the workers pay too much attention to detail all the way from your cup holders to under your seats where dirt loves to build up. I was very pleased when I took my car there, but when I took my motorcycle there they they spent just as much time getting the wheels, rims, headlights, and most importantly they weren't spraying all of my wiring which you have to be careful with just as they did. Again, I can't emphasize on how much the business pays attention to detail. With a great view of the ocean right across the street, I wouldn't take my car or motorcycle anywhere else. 5 stars too little, the name says it all! read more

I generally take very good care of my cars. During the past couple of years and before finding Jacob and his guys/galls, I took my cars to all kind of carwash locations. Those who claim they're 100% hand wash, those who say they care about your car and they treat your car like it's theirs and all other sort of carwash locations. I'll be honest with you, I couldn't find ANY which is as good and as reliable as Eco Auto Spa. In the past 2 years I've been taking all of my cars to Jacob. These guys/galls care for your car like no tomorrow. .First off, they vacuum your car soooo well that you'll feel your car was just detailed. .They use nothing but water to wash your car. .They use microfiber cloths to rinse off the water. .If you choose, they'll apply a high quality wax on your car. I should say that they're not the cheapest carwash in the area. But common, 5 people jump on your car and clean and quality wash it. You really want them to charge $12 for their service? For these great services they only charge $25. If you care for your cars and if you can afford a $100K+ car then $25 shouldn't be a problem for you. Those with Porsches, Ferraris, Lamborghinis and all other fancy cars, if you're looking for a good reliable carwash and you want your car to stay scratch free....TAKE IT TO ECO AUTO SPA :) read more

My wife and I were on our way to the beach with our daughter and found a nice spot, and Eco was across the street. We hadn't had her car fully detailed since we got it and with it so far surviving the birth of our daughter who is now almost 3, it was long overdue. We decided to drop it off there and the owner was super nice and made us feel very comfortable when we did. When we came to pick it up, the change was absolutely amazing!! Before we went across the street, I looked at some dirt in the armrest to see how clean it was or if it would be noticed at all when we got back. They went over EVERY groove and not one spec of dirt was there - and all over the car too. Just wiping would not have cleaned it properly. This attention to detail was evident on every part of the car. It was basically like new again, and my wife was beaming. Nothing beats driving a car you feel good about. We will return. Jacob and his guys do such an amazing job, I don't even know where to begin. First of call, unlike the production line car washes you can find in Santa Monica, Westlake Village, etc these guys all jump on your car at once - wash, rinse, clean, vacuum, dry, etc. And the wax they use, while more expensive than the cheap jugs of garbage you'll find at most large car washes, is really high end, brand name stuff. They will even show you the stuff they have in inventory and let you pick a brand you like. Cheapest? Nope. Not by a long shot. But when you're living in Malibu, and driving a $100k plus car, if you can't afford $25 for a great car wash, stay home and do it yourself. Note - retail rent on PCH is VERY expensive, and these guys are not a high volume business like the automated washes in other places. Probably why Jacob is driving a white Chevrolet Impala while the guys at the car washes in Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, etc are driving Range Rovers, Mercedes, etc. This guy clearly cares more about the quality of his work than making a quick buck. Just picked up my car from this place and was one of the worst washes ever. The front had bugs and dirt still on the grill and bumper and when I pointed it out to the owner he said it would take 30 minutes to clean and that would be more like a detail job. For a $35.00 wash he didn't want to take a rag and wipe it off. Unbelievable. read more

I drive up to San Francisco through the 5 frequently so there are always all sorts of bug guts in glory plastered onto the front of my car. On my way back to Pepperdine I would stop here to get my car washed and not only does it get completely cleansed of all the dirt, dust, and guts, but somehow these guys also manage to get it looking like my car has never seen a day of wear and tear in its life! Since moving from the area I've tried going to other carwashes but have been consistently disappointed by the lack of quality and attention detail I was used to enjoying here. These guys may take a few minutes longer and cost at most just a couple of bucks more, but they'll definitely make it worth your while. You won't be disappointed. Office is in sketchy, terrible-looking shape, dirt all over the floors. Owner is lacking in customer service, looking at his phone while I ask questions, not even identifying the business when called. Workout equipment randomly in the office for some reason. Website is nonfunctional. Washing and detailing was surpisingly good, but they probably blew a fuse, my dash lights won't turn on correctly now. I feel bad for the workers because they did a good job, took out the back seat to clean it and went the extra mile there and whatnot, but the place is just off-putting and bizarre. Today sept. 16 I drove all the way from Downey to Malibu. Just because of the hype regarding your steam car wash detail, I took my lexus is 250 and the place was empty not a soul was there, the customer service was dull I don't know because I'm Latino anyways I asked the person that I want it the steam clean detail, he reply I only do that to ferrari, Bentley or Porsche. Wow I think your customer service is focus on that type of customers only I think it shouldn't matter what type of car I drive but the money that I pay with still green as those with expensive cars. Your business is not very welcoming to just regular people like your fake 5 stars by other users, I will never again will go by the fake reviews by yelp. The place looks like crap the same as your service.
