There's two car washes in Malibu. And the other one isn't even worth talking about. This is the only one I go to and would ever go to. They've done all my cars. And I'm a car person. It's hard to let someone else wash your car. But here? No worries. They take care of you and use good products. The customer service is unbeatable and the pricing for Malibu? Also unbeatable. With that said would I recommend this place? Of course! It's always good to support your local businesses especially when you get this kind of service. Thanks guys! read more

Though the photos of "Soldier Boy" are impressive .... This was truly unprofessional and the owner seemed off. He was not present nor was he professional. The man who washed my car was nice but unfortunately this is not a 100.00 wash! It's only milk that spilt so why they didn't clean it is beyond me. I even asked for them to do the console because I could see dirt on it at pick up... his reaction was to dust it and give me attitude. Avoid this place! read more

Eco auto spa is the place to go when your car car needs a wash, wax, or engine cleaning. Jacob, the owner was very welcoming and professional, and the workers pay too much attention to detail all the way from your cup holders to under your seats where dirt loves to build up. I was very pleased when I took my car there, but when I took my motorcycle there they they spent just as much time getting the wheels, rims, headlights, and most importantly they weren't spraying all of my wiring which you have to be careful with just as they did. Again, I can't emphasize on how much the business pays attention to detail. With a great view of the ocean right across the street, I wouldn't take my car or motorcycle anywhere else. 5 stars too little, the name says it all! read more

Just wanted to post this as my experience was great! I can't get over how nice my ride looks. Haven't seen my chrome this shinny since I purchased the car. Inside and out, my car looks awesome. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure too. He had no trouble meeting my tight schedule request. Just pulled into the abandoned gas station and they took over the rest. Definitely gonna return to this place. Jeff read more

Where else can you get a car wash with a view of the ocean?! Best car wash in LA. It's eco-friendly, and the people who work there are so friendly! Jacob, the owner, is so sweet and conversational, and a joy to be around. He remembers his customers, too; I'm much more likely to frequent businesses where the people who work there care enough to know who you are. I highly recommend this place! Good for the car, good for the environment, and that ocean air is good for the soul! read more

I generally take very good care of my cars. During the past couple of years and before finding Jacob and his guys/galls, I took my cars to all kind of carwash locations. Those who claim they're 100% hand wash, those who say they care about your car and they treat your car like it's theirs and all other sort of carwash locations. I'll be honest with you, I couldn't find ANY which is as good and as reliable as Eco Auto Spa. In the past 2 years I've been taking all of my cars to Jacob. These guys/galls care for your car like no tomorrow. .First off, they vacuum your car soooo well that you'll feel your car was just detailed. .They use nothing but water to wash your car. .They use microfiber cloths to rinse off the water. .If you choose, they'll apply a high quality wax on your car. I should say that they're not the cheapest carwash in the area. But common, 5 people jump on your car and clean and quality wash it. You really want them to charge $12 for their service? For these great services they only charge $25. If you care for your cars and if you can afford a $100K+ car then $25 shouldn't be a problem for you. Those with Porsches, Ferraris, Lamborghinis and all other fancy cars, if you're looking for a good reliable carwash and you want your car to stay scratch free....TAKE IT TO ECO AUTO SPA :) read more

This is the best of the best when it comes to a quality car wash. They have friendly employees that are professional and very good at what they do. The prices are good and they never miss a spot on my 370z. Im a returning customer, and will continue to recommend them to everyone. If you care about your car and want a quality wash.. you found the place to go. And hey, if you're hungry... Nobu is right across the street (: read more

Highly recommend! They do an awesome job and everyone has the best energy! Very kind.

My wife and I were on our way to the beach with our daughter and found a nice spot, and Eco was across the street. We hadn't had her car fully detailed since we got it and with it so far surviving the birth of our daughter who is now almost 3, it was long overdue. We decided to drop it off there and the owner was super nice and made us feel very comfortable when we did. When we came to pick it up, the change was absolutely amazing!! Before we went across the street, I looked at some dirt in the armrest to see how clean it was or if it would be noticed at all when we got back. They went over EVERY groove and not one spec of dirt was there - and all over the car too. Just wiping would not have cleaned it properly. This attention to detail was evident on every part of the car. It was basically like new again, and my wife was beaming. Nothing beats driving a car you feel good about. We will return. Their attention to detail and care about their work is very evident. Money well spent. read more

Jacob and his guys do such an amazing job, I don't even know where to begin. First of call, unlike the production line car washes you can find in Santa Monica, Westlake Village, etc these guys all jump on your car at once - wash, rinse, clean, vacuum, dry, etc. And the wax they use, while more expensive than the cheap jugs of garbage you'll find at most large car washes, is really high end, brand name stuff. They will even show you the stuff they have in inventory and let you pick a brand you like. Cheapest? Nope. Not by a long shot. But when you're living in Malibu, and driving a $100k plus car, if you can't afford $25 for a great car wash, stay home and do it yourself. Note - retail rent on PCH is VERY expensive, and these guys are not a high volume business like the automated washes in other places. Probably why Jacob is driving a white Chevrolet Impala while the guys at the car washes in Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, etc are driving Range Rovers, Mercedes, etc. This guy clearly cares more about the quality of his work than making a quick buck. Thank God! read more

These guys did a fantastic interior detail on my girls Miata. I didn't find any streaks, it smelled great, and brought the interior back to life. Jacob was a pleasure to talk to and the gentleman who detailed her car really went above and beyond. It's the little things! Thanks for your great work guys! read more

Just picked up my car from this place and was one of the worst washes ever. The front had bugs and dirt still on the grill and bumper and when I pointed it out to the owner he said it would take 30 minutes to clean and that would be more like a detail job. For a $35.00 wash he didn't want to take a rag and wipe it off. Unbelievable. read more

Jacob an chris are amazing! I was in a rush and my porsch was looking not so great so i called jacob to pick up my vehicle. Chris was at my house in 5 min to pick up the car. With in less than 45 min they had my car gassed an looking brand new. Also had jacob save me the trip to the dmv and had my smog done the next day, now im all legal. Thanks again honestly awesome! Eco Auto Spa - 2 old school caddys - Car Wash Near Me - Malibu, California

Really friendly guy works here and takes his time to make sure the car is done right. I got it washed for just $15! That's unheard of for someone to hand wash a car. Very glad I tried this place. I will definitely be returning! He does it all from windows to rims. My soft top convertable has been a struggle to find places to wash near my school (Pepperdine), but this place fills the void! read more

Amazing service, super friendly guys who will go out of their way to help you. My car was the cleanest it's been since I've received it. Better than any car wash I've ever been to. read more

I drive up to San Francisco through the 5 frequently so there are always all sorts of bug guts in glory plastered onto the front of my car. On my way back to Pepperdine I would stop here to get my car washed and not only does it get completely cleansed of all the dirt, dust, and guts, but somehow these guys also manage to get it looking like my car has never seen a day of wear and tear in its life! Since moving from the area I've tried going to other carwashes but have been consistently disappointed by the lack of quality and attention detail I was used to enjoying here. These guys may take a few minutes longer and cost at most just a couple of bucks more, but they'll definitely make it worth your while. You won't be disappointed. Besides, how much more convincing do you really need to come chill in Malibu and return with your car looking like brand new? read more

Did an exterior wash with them. Great service, and my car is super clean now. Also had a scratch removed and they were able to get it out!

Great wash - excellent value! Friendly staff threw in a free wax just for us having such a positive attitude. Come here to Eco!

I recently just bought a Tesla model x, I've been very picky with who I let clean it and even touch it. I brought it to these guys and they were amazing. Very friendly offered me a water. I got the crazy detail done which is on the pricey side but man was it worth it. The car looked better than when I got it off the showroom floor. Love these guys and from now on nobody cleans my vehicles except these guys. Highly recommend. read more

The worker was very rude and did a lousy job for the price they charged me. The only reason people go to this garbage business is because it's the only one like it in the area. It's a nightmare to enter the tiny over crowded lot without scartching a poorly parked car. It's also in a shady part of the beach and isn't very clean at all. read more

Seriously Awesome, .. Jacob is the Best! Very Professional, attention is paid to each detail of the car, I went here the first time on a friends recommendation, after seeing their cars, I was amazed at how reasonable the price was, no extra charges for suv, wheels or friendly service, it's as good as it gets, Highly recommended!!A+++ read more

Go, Eco! Excellent location (across from the famous Nobu) customer service, prices, and a job well done! My car was due for a full detail. I dropped my car off and 3 1/2 hours later...it was a beauty again. Though I may need another seat cleaning to fully get a few stains removed for good. All over, these guys are awesome! Time well spent. Money well spent and car carefully cared for. If you're in the area, you must give them a try! The owner offers free pick up and drops off. Try them! I know I will again! read more

Office is in sketchy, terrible-looking shape, dirt all over the floors. Owner is lacking in customer service, looking at his phone while I ask questions, not even identifying the business when called. Workout equipment randomly in the office for some reason. Website is nonfunctional. Washing and detailing was surpisingly good, but they probably blew a fuse, my dash lights won't turn on correctly now. I feel bad for the workers because they did a good job, took out the back seat to clean it and went the extra mile there and whatnot, but the place is just off-putting and bizarre. I don't need hoity-toity ritzy nonsense but this place was kind of a dump. read more

Did an exterior wash with them. Great job and great customer service. Only have to get my car washed once a month with a job like this! Not to mention a great ocean view. Awesome job and a great price, as good as it gets! read more

After going to Eco Auto Spa in Malibu. It is now my only place I will take my truck to get washed. The crew did an amazing job. My truck never looked cleaner. The staff is extremely friendly and the service can't be beat. I highly recommend this place if you want your vehicle to look it's best. Thank you Eco Auto Spa!!! read more

excellent job, convenient location for me because its right on the PCH so I usually stop by when I'm on my way back from class at Pepperdine. Quick, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a handwash spot! read more

Terrible service and worse employees. They did a poor job cleaning my car and actually asked me to pay them more for them to the job they should have done the first place! And the worker was very rude and condescending about it. Look for somewhere else where you and your property are respected. read more

I just spoke with Jacob on the phone and he is such a nice person! Looking forward to meeting Jacob!:)

Got a car wash while I had a drink at nobu. Great job on my car, best I had in Malibu. Thank you Eco auto spa.

Today sept. 16 I drove all the way from Downey to Malibu. Just because of the hype regarding your steam car wash detail, I took my lexus is 250 and the place was empty not a soul was there, the customer service was dull I don't know because I'm Latino anyways I asked the person that I want it the steam clean detail, he reply I only do that to ferrari, Bentley or Porsche. Wow I think your customer service is focus on that type of customers only I think it shouldn't matter what type of car I drive but the money that I pay with still green as those with expensive cars. Your business is not very welcoming to just regular people like your fake 5 stars by other users, I will never again will go by the fake reviews by yelp. The place looks like crap the same as your service. There's nothing eco friendly about this car wash still using water pressure hose the 15 dollar car wash that I took just to see how bad it will be, it was right on the money real bad. read more

Great service! Step by step and made it easy on me. 5 star rating. Would totally come back to this establishment..

The guys at Eco Auto Spa know how to pamper your automobile! I stopped by for a quick detail and they got right to work. My soft top Thunderbird needs extra love, and their work was excellent. I'm from out of town and the friendly manager graciously recommended I head to Nobu, across the street, for lunch while he made my car shine. I came back after lunch to a sparkling car. Highly recommended. read more
