Thousand Oaks Auto Detailing is priced very reasonably, I decided to go with them for my first time detailing my car. Victor was very communicative when booking a date via call and text! When the day came, Victor and his team arrived 30 minutes earlier, but let me know that I didn't need to rush if I wasn't ready. Once I got all my things out, they went straight to business. I did and when I got there I was told nope, and that if I wanted to leave them the car for 2+ hours they can do it which wasn't an option hence the call ahead. I complained about that and the person on the phone the manager or owner started yelling at me that it wasn't their fault, that they were a small business.
