Loved it... these guys are magicians.. I live in NorCal, but always come here when I am in LA... they are amazing. I should have taken photos, my car had driven thru Wyoiming Snow Storm, to Oklahoma, thru multiple deserts, to LA... rain, sandstorms, salt.... and bugs... in 45 minutes, it looked brand new. Special thanks to my friend David A. for the introduction read more

These guys are top notch. The manager Sam is the best...remembers everyone's name and treats you like the most important customer they have. I went to this wash with the prior owner and wondered at the time if.the new owner would keep the standards. He kept Sam, and THEY did. Through covid amd through the fire.. Kevin isn't just an owner, he is there for his clients too...to top it off, this is the BEST wash and detail you will get!!! read more

Amazing service!! My car is 25 years old-- and they made it look and feel like new. Extremely professional-- highly recommend. read more

This place is the worst. They left my car dirty inside and out. After charging high end detailing prices, they give you low quality work. It seems like they take on more cars than they can handle. With so many great detailing services in LA I suggest skipping this place. read more

Palisades Pitstop is a great place to have your car polished and waxed to perfection. I have had my Porsche in twice and Mercedes in once. Today they are polishing my Kia Turbo. I appreciate the way Kevin takes the time to listen to address the details. No swirl or polish marks on a color that is non-forgiving. If you are lucky enough to have a nice car, take it to Palisades Pitstop. read more

They do a fine job of auto-detailing, but seem to think my time is of no importance. When they tell me the car will be ready in 3 hours, I don't mind 3.5 hours, but I sure mind 4. I have other things to do. But they did a good job. I will be using someone else next time, but you can try them and see if they get close to when they say it will be done. read more

Kevin and his team are so kind, right off the bat I knew I was in good hands. They did an awesome (and fast) wash on my car and didn't leave any swirl marks. Thank you!!!!! :) will definitely be coming back again read more

I have a Mini Cooper and a 75 lb beach dog. My car was FILLED with sand, dog hair, mud, probably mold amongst toys, dirty towels, and my miscellaneous trash. Before pictures would be too embarrassing to post. I have been meaning to get my car thoroughly detailed but hadn't taken the time to find a place where I can walk around while I wait. I happened to be meeting a friend next to Palisades Pitstop and drove through to see what the deal was. Kevin, the owner, immediately greeted me and told me I could leave my car right where I was. He was so upbeat and personable, I immediately felt taken care of. When I told him how disgusting my car was, he said everyone says that and they hold no judgement! Him and his team cleaned my car to absolute perfection. I did not think it was possible to see my car in that good of shape ever again. I didn't even throw out or move any of my garbage because he said they'd take care of it all and leave it for me in bags in my trunk. I am so beyond impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail at this business. Would recommend to everyone. Bravo, Palisades Pitstop! Not often a business wows me enough to be thrilled to share my great experience. Thank you! P.s. this location is SURROUNDED by shops and restaurants, all easily accessible by foot. If you're gonna leave your car anywhere, this is the spot. Don't pay a meter, leave it at Pitstop instead! read more

An amazing local business that really u sweat and community and customer service. Great people. Solid work. Fair prices.

If you want your car to look exactly the way it did the day you picked it up brand-new from the showroom, Palisades Pitstop is the place for you. I have yet to find a car wash and detailer in the LA area that surpasses this incredible auto beautification service. Calling it just a "car wash" just doesn't do justice to the attention to detail your car will experience at Palisades Pitstop. The price they charge for a car wash may seem a bit high, but I have found in life that you get what you pay for. And in the case of Palisades Pitstop, the tlc they deliver is worth every penny! read more

Best car wash ever! I stumbled on this place after a nail appointment. They had washed & waxed my car to perfection. We had 2 other bin services out here and since we do catering the bins always get full of food scraps which, if sitting too long smell rancid and sometimes we would see maggots!! After cleaning the bins before, we still had a awful odor, yuck!! Finally we found this company!! They came as promised and they sanitized, killed the odor and left us with really clean, smelling great, sanitized with no greasy, grimmie food residue in or on the trash bins!! Wish I would have found them sooner!Best service ever! Thank God they cover Orange County! Thanks Kevin! read more

These guys are amazing! My husband and I came back from vacation to find our two Jeep Wranglers vandalized. Someone decided to vandalize our cars by throwing paint on both of our Jeep hoods and front windows. Our rental manager told us to take our Jeeps to Palisades Pit Stop right away. We dropped the Jeeps off and informed the manager, Ron that we had no idea what was thrown on the Jeeps except it looked like paint or stain and it had happened late the night before. Palisades Pit Stop initially were not sure they could get the paint/stain removed but they would put their whole team on the case. Ron gave us an estimate for the work and they set to it right away. In the end, Ron, Felix, Juan, Patrick, Dave and Juan worked for seven straight hours on the Jeeps and were able to get them looking as good as new! Ron and his team went way above and beyond for us and he informed our son that he way under estimated the time and labor our Jeeps would take, but he honored his original estimate to us anyway - which goes to show he is a very honorable man who can be trusted to his word while doing the most professional job possible. He is a gem and we are very grateful to him for his amazing service and his team's hard work and determination. The end result was incredible as we were so worried we would need to get the Jeeps repainted due to the harsh and nasty vandalism. The Jeeps were perfect! These guys were the best you could ask for - especially when you have a stressful and awful situation such as ours. We are so grateful to the entire team and I have promised them baked goods every week for a while. I would tell anyone to please bring Palisades Pit Stop your business - they are incredible at all that they do and they are the nicest guys around. Thanks so much again Ron, Juan, Patrick, Dave and Juan - we are very grateful and appreciative of your hard, hard work. Amy & Pete F read more

The story starts with a colorful card I received in the mail, showing a woman holding her nose next to a series of filthy trash cans-----"before" and "after" it read, they had been cleaned by PALISADES PITSTOP and their "CURBSIDE TRASH BIN CLEANING SERVICE". "Trash cans" had been on my mind recently. Not the actual cans, but the smell coming from the ones on the side of our house! Yeeeech! I called Kevin, the owner of PALISADES PITSTOP, and he guided me through the cleaning process his company offers with the enthusiasm of a man who is really involved with his business and loves what he does. In two minutes I was ready to try his service. I gave him my credit card number over the phone and would have given him my social security card number and signed over the house if he had asked. This is the kind of guy Kevin is. Today his crew came and cleaned the trash cans as scheduled. I couldn't be happier. It was exactly as he said it would be. They were suddenly spotless and smelled like the clean summer day it was! Thanks Kevin. For imagining this as a worthwhile service that people can benefit from. And for doing the job extremely well. Capacity for excellence can be something rare in today's world. I recommend Kevin, PALISADES PITSTOP and their TRASH BIN CLEANING SERVICE without reservation! ~Karl E. read more

Without a doubt this is the worst car wash ever! Waited over two hours for a car wash and they didn't even wipe down the inside anything... not sure how they received so many good reviews. read more

Was lucky to find them on Yelp when looking for a car wash in the Palisades (they are hidden in the parking lot behind Chase Bank and the nail salon). I live in the neighborhood and always assumed the only car was was the old wash at Ralph's - I was happily wrong! The reviews say it all. They are a small "mom and pop" and am happy I found them. I got their $75 wash and wax (10% off with the yelp check in), took about 1 hour 15 min (which is great, I would prefer a company to take their time and do a good job). Most car wash locations in LA say they do a "hand wax" but by feel you can tell they did a spray wax. My car feels wonderful and by the shine, you can tell they do a fantastic job. Wish I could post a picture, but for some reason I can't. They will 100% be my place to get a REAL 100% hand car wash/wax job. Thank you! read more

This is one of the most creative, inventive businesses to come around in years- and just when we need sanitation and disease control. This is a small family run business they are reliable, inexpensive and completely on top of everything from reminders to the quality of their work.... once in the 80's in France I saw them cleaning trash cans publicly- even took pics of it I was so impressed and here, now right in my own home I have this service monthly- what a treat.... try them - it's impossible to feel let down and I ain't East to please and rarely write reviews...
