The blow out she gave me was also not very good, it left my hair tangled and i had some pieces that were just sticking out weird after. I later went and got blue hair from Brittany! She fully achieved my "mermaid goals" and told me what length and styling was best for my thin/ long hair type. She was super patient and was happy to make little changes when I mentioned them. 10/10 great experience.
