i have been to romaulds a few times and although i was pleased with the results, this salon has a…read morevery production line feel to it. call me old fashioned but i would much rather have a hairdresser and a junior working on my hair than a washer, cutter, styler, colourist and dryer. and i felt each time i have been they push their beauty treatments on you (my last visit the colourist said i could do with getting my eyebrows done as they were a mess!! i havent been back since) this salon is also much more expensive than the other hairdressers in the area.

I found she put me at ease right away and kept me informed about what she was doing and kept checking with me that what she was doing / about to do was OK. She gave me good home hair care advice to.
