I finally gave up and called Bailey's and got the issue repaired but still had a couple with stove operation and winter is coming. Second week of Nov(!) Della and the tech come and tell me that the stove had over fired and they wouldn't do anything. BS! I offered to work some kind of exchange for a new one and was told they wouldn't honor that warranty either so I took Della's offer of a refund. All of this seemed very odd and wildly frustrating.
