The person to whom the listing was referred handed the listing over to Andrea Frost. It took her 3 weeks to get my first name right (Victor, a hard name to remember) and lacked the desire to ensure that my last name was correct on documents. Because I brought the seller, Frost also represented the seller. That very first day, right out of the gates, she lost the seller's earnest deposit check. She frequently sent me documents for my wife and I to sign and then "drop" off at the office. With current technology available to sign documents electronically, a 250 mile round trip was completely unnecessary. Frost assumed that I had direct communications with the seller, I did not, she was a friend of a friend. I elected to use a realtor to handle those communications and Frost did not effectively perform that role. She did not meet the inspectors, appraisers, etc. She gave them the lock box code and let them have access, or I had to arrange for a relative to meet them. Since she did not meet the appraiser at the property, simple questions that could have been resolved on-the-spot required a revisit, costing the seller an additional money. When I had a relative meet them the second time, she stated that she did not want them to "interfere." It was MY property and I found this insulting. Communications with the lender and underwriter broke down, and no one was informed for over a week that we were ready to close. Frost called and asked if I talked to the title company. I was surprises, as I had not been told we could close. I'm not happy with Coldwell Banker for lining me up with this lazy, incompetent, and ineffective realtor.

upon receiving my new blinds I came to realize that the bottom piece that sits on the windowsill…read morewas too wide and was scraping the paint off the recessed area of the window.When asked to fix this issue,David came out today(3/27/2024)and said that he would take the blind to his shop,cut the ends and have to charge me to do so.The estimate I received (1/8/2025) stated that installation work was guaranteed for two years from date of installation.Blind was installed 2/4/2025.He took the end bracket off one side and there was paint on it! He put it in his pocket.I asked for it back before he left my house.On further inspection,I see there is paint on the other end piece ,too.These are necessary brackets that keep the blind in it's proper horizontal space.He denied that he measured incorrectly over and over again.After he removed the end piece, he solved the issue of the exposed end with a piece of scotch tape.Seriosly,you have got to be kidding me!Totally un-professional.When confronted with his lack of customer satisfaction he became rude and obnoxious.I paid him a LOT of money for these blinds(there were 2 other blinds with this order)Cannot find a business address for him either.Seeing my name come up here on your review page I see my name (not many Susy's spell theirs with a y at the end like I do)it states that i am from San Francisco.Never lived there.
