Let me preface this by saying, I lovED going in this store! My mom, my aunt and myself thoroughly…read moreenjoyed this store. I have found the absolute cutest things. I prefaced that because this past Sunday (7/20/26), me and my daughter strolled in before closing (7pm)..about 6:40ish. The sales lady working named Lisa, kept eyeing us with a sour pucker look on her face. When I realized it, I asked her "oh, I'm sorry, are you closed right now"?? She replies..coldly "yes". I looked at the time.. 6:50. So, I took advantage of the 10 minutes till the actual closing time of 7 because I wanted to stock up on their Ahhhh-mazing candles and it was my daughter's first time there. I rushed to the candle section scanning for my treasured candles. We overheard her loudly whispering her complaints to a young man that I assumed was a stalker for the store. At that point, I, sadly, put the 4 candles back down on the shelf because of the outward and blatant rudeness of this employee, got the best of me. This treatment to a loyal and repeat customer as myself, was absolutely unacceptable for me to ignore. I also needed my 22 year old daughter to see that, NOBODY deserves to be treated like that and still buy from that store. As I passed by the register, I asked her name. She proceeded to look at me up and down.. and responded "Lisa". (Like I was the rude one). I told her she was INCREDIBLY rude. And instead of apologizing or back tracking, she gave a quick sarcastic chuckle and looked at the young man with an entitled "can-you-believe-this" vibe. I walked out very upset that this..actually just happened!! I am leaving this review, not on the store itself, but because of the entrusted employee that is supposed to represent the goodness of "My Favorite Things" business. I called the owner and left a message to speak with her. Still waiting to hear back . I'm a business owner myself that, also depends on the public consumer and word of mouth. The owners have every right to know who is the face of their business when customers like myself walk in the door. I hope this doesn't happen to another happy and excited customer that was only wanting to stock up on some candles. I'll have to look elsewhere, unfortunately.. I'm sorry Lisza (THE OWNER). I will 100% remove this if you hopefully call me back, just to ensure you're aware of the occurrence in your store. And this employee isn't able to continue treating people like this.

I could have easily just gone to my local grocery store but I wanted something with a little more thought and effort and I found just that at ABloom. Annie was so welcoming and helpful as soon as I walked in. We discussed ideas, budget, and timeframe. Not only were they ready on time but absolutely stunning. So happy to have found a local florist and will 100% be going back for all floral needs in the future.

I had a sympathy arrangement to be delivered and while I got a confirmation (at midnight!) from this company that it was delivered, I hadn't heard anything from the recipients. Upon finally awkwardly asking if they liked the flowers, I came to understand the flowers were never delivered. When I called Abloom I provided my name, the order number, etc. they were unapologetic and said they would call me back. I was called back by a man who said "Breanna? I can get those delivered today." My response was "oh, so they weren't delivered like your confirmations said?" He said "no" without any apology, in fact, his tone was annoyed that I was asking. When I followed up with additional questions about why? If it was on his radar or if there was a glitch in the system? He just responded with an annoyed "I don't know." And the proceeded to hang up. I will not be using them again. No offer to refund my $25 deliver and/or tip, no apology, no explanation.

From jewelry to dishes to handbags and more. Prices seemed reasonable, I only wish someone had spoken to me. I wandered around for what seemed like long enough to be greeted but none of the several people ever said boo to me. I'll go another time as they have a plethora of goods, but I hope they will acknowledge a potential customer.

This is the place where you can find something fun for just about anyone in your life, regardless of how hard or easy they are to shop for. And you - lots of cool things for yourself as well, if you're treating yourself. We found the coolest socks, several unique local puzzles, gardening items and lots of "oh wow, I really want that" goodies. Such a fun place to spend some time in.
