I left messages other times and I received 1 return call. Scheduled an appointment for an arborist to come and look at my trees on my day off. I had a lot of stuff to get done, waited around and no one showed up. Appointment was at 3pm, I called at 3:15, was surprised they actually answered. The reception said she would call Greg and either she would call me back or would have Greg call me back. Neither did. I called back a 2nd time, no answer and told them not to bother coming because their customer service is terrible.

I first used them over five years ago for tree removal and maintenance. Today's job was to remove a sadly diseased Japanese Maple and several arborvitae that had taken over the front of my house. I suspect Bartlett isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. On both occasions, I met with a licensed arborist who presented a variety of options I could exercise depending on budget. Upfront pricing, clear explanation of proposed work and options, and NO HARD SELL. I know I will need additional tree work before long and I won't call anyone else.
