The bulbs we were looking at turned out to be only 3 watt and not even an option for ambient lighting GTH. She made alternate suggestions and even offered to call her wholesaler and order us some samples. Carrie was awesome. Gosh I hope I am spelling her name correctly . When I had a recent issue with my Sonos system, Dan, the office manager helped me work through possible causes and eventually tied the problem back to the Rotel amp. He then arranged for a tech to stop by and remove the amp, get it repaired under warranty, and then reinstalled. Throughout the process he was friendly and patient, working through the problem, rather than taking the easy way out and just quickly "scheduling a tech for repair". Great customer support!
