This was my first store I walked into when I completely kicked cigarettes. I'm thankful that jimmy has been a big help on what best suited me for vaping. I know that there are some ecig stores closing their doors, and saying the FDA is closing down ecig stores all together. That is not the case though, there are ecig stores that were selling unauthorized eliquid that was on the cuss of being flat out banned. Because there were ecig manufacturers selling these products, some stores thought it was only to keep selling them. The FDA is issuing warnings to E cigarette stores who are selling unauthorized products. I imagine the reason why the store closed isn't because of unauthorized products, but more of the cost of inflation and the lack of customers helping them keep the doors open. I know they had some pretty good products, but having a store down by the Twin Cities is not easy to keep going. There are better alternatives if you can no longer go to this store to get your products from. read more

Decided it was time to quit smoking!! Through research and word of mouth we heard about ECig Crib. Yeah it's kinda like a Caribou coffee shop...Or a T-mobile shop. It's the new way of life for smokers! Very clean and bright and comfortable atmosphere. We walked in and right away, we got Joe's attention. I explained what I was looking for and what I was expecting...He was very helpful. He made us feel very comfortable and answered all my questions with extreme knowledge...he went beyond the call of duty, staying 20 minutes past the end of his work shift. Very cool! I will speak to him whenever we go in, cause that's the way we roll.. We bought the typical starter kit, basically, and Great news, we have not smoked a cigarette since saterday August 17th. And feeling great about it. 2maro will be 7 days.!! cigarette free. and safe to say it is the easiest way to quit smoking! PERIOD. The only thing I would do differently would be...NOT buying a $17.95 30 ML bottle of juice. I'd buy 2 $8.99 smaller bottles, different flavors...OR the 3 for 12.95 deal...We're stuck with the same flavor for a month now :( we've been back 3 times now and bought the 3 flavor deal. :) We diffenatley will go back and will refer anyone...until we get bad service it's all good :) Vaping they call it, You still get the nicotine you need and with out paying $8.00 a pack per day!! :) Thanks Joe ur the Best! read more

I'm writing this complaint for the simple fact that I came in yesterday evening to purchase a new mod, and I was asking questions about the device and I was just getting ready to check out, and my nephew walked in an asked a question, and I told the sales associate, that he was my nephew and he simply refuse to sell me the device that I wanted to purchase and asked me to leave the store!! I was shocked and upset, because I've been in this store a lot of times and never had a problem.. I asked why was I being asked to leave, and he said, because my nephew asked a question about the devices.. so I just don't get how he stop my transaction.. So I've upset and probably wont be back in your store again. read more

Stumbled upon ecig crib to quit my habit of chewing, and it was where my boyfriend buys his ecig stuff from. Friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable. And they're always willing to help work with your ecig if you're experiencing problems with it. Great juice selection. And they have so much merch/ accessories to offer. Plus their rewards program is a bonus- I just wish it worked with buying juice since I buy a bottle of juice weekly, at the least! Jimmy, Josh, and Wayne are all great guys, super helpful and great personalities. I refer anyone I know to the Ecig Crib. read more

Been going to Ecig for a month now. Customer service is awesome. BUT not all employees are experts on the in's and out's to the differant products available. OUT OF STOCK is getting very very very old. From SS mesh to carto's to Kentucky vannilla. Three times I have been out of luck on the KV. So if u are just starting out on the vape scene are wanting too go to ecig and get started. read more

went in to purchase, and not only was I not attended too, but I sat there for over 45 min with NOBODY checking on me.. if your looking for a good company, i would not recommend them.. Google around and you'll find someone (and cheaper)... I ended up going with govista.com though they didn't have the "selection" they did have a free kit and cheaper juices. read more

If you like driving out to the boondocks to buy sub-par, over priced merchandise from a staff that barely recognizes your presence, then the Ecig Crib is for you. . I have been there a few different times in desperation to get some vaping essentials that i forgot to order from my usual supplier. It feels like a cross between a cell phone store and the DMV. Im all for supporting a local business....unless they suck. If you must go to the Ecig Crib, do your homework online first to avoid getting suckered into spending money you don't need to. I knew exactly what I needed so I did not work with the sales staff personally... but in the 25+ min I was in line to check out, I witnessed them convincing first time and unexperienced vapers into buying all kinds of stuff they didnt really need....sometimes to the tune of 100 bucks or more! If you must visit the Ecig Crib do your homework first. You might save 100 bucks. Also check their inventory online before you drive out to freakin' Coon Rapids. They are notorious, in my experience, for being out of items...Items that a store of their nature simply shouldn't run out of. This store is a good idea that sadly failed in execution. read more

RUN don't walk AWAY as fast as you can! This past week was my second visit. Both were bad. I won't be back. There are plenty of other ecigarette stores as well as the internet to choose from. Jimmy (I think he is the manager) is horrible with customers and staff. Rude doesn't begin to describe my experience. I needed a few questions answered but left totally frustrated. Just a heads up it's cheaper to buy products online and their e liquid is just so so. read more

Finally made the move to Ecig after smoking for 39 years! Read everything about the Ecig on line - Read the reason for the Ecig Crib opening in Coon Rapids....Wow - So happy to have made the change in my life - I have had no problems with the change to Ecig.I only wish the prson who had assisted me at the Ecrig had given me her name and made it a more personable time verses a script like motion - that she seemed very bored with the whole thing,I'm an old dog and learning new tricks is hard...slow down - maybe a handout to give to us "old"people. It's an investment and I'm glad I did it but hope that if I have questions when I go back I'm treated a bit more with respect and kindness.......Thank you Also the Hip kids sort of got on my last nerve ......just hanging out there - maybe put the small tables near the products so we don't need to walk through the hipsters. read more

There has been multiple times where I have been into this store at this location and have not had a good customer service majority of the time it's always a younger person, all and all I can say because of these multiple instances I will not be going back there ever again and will be strongly urging others to not as well. read more

It's like walking into the Willy Wonka's chocolate factory of the ECig world. When you walk in, the atmosphere is bright, inviting and modern. It reminds me of an up scale coffee shop, back when you could smoke in them. This is a great place to kick back, chat with friends and vape away. I was really impressed with the selection of juices they had, and that you can try as many as you'd like for free! Smart on their part. I ended up buying more than I was planning on. They have a huge variety of juices, everything from traditional tobacco to mixed drinks to energy drinks. The prices are very comparable to online pricing on other websites. There is one thing that I did not like. Although the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, trying to get someone to wait on you is like trying to flag down a Boeing 747 in the middle of a block of sky scrapers. I waited over an hour! The line was consistently to the door. There is really no line "system" here. They have two registers and two counters. Being a first timer, we waited by the starter kits counter by the register. The line just kept moving and we were not getting any help. Even after talking to employees who were grabbing starter kits right in front of us and making eye contact with others, nobody said that the line was in a different spot or that there was one single line. A fellow customer told us, which was nice, but I would have preferred that the employees would have said something after noticing we had been waiting for a long time. There needs to be more employees, different lines for first timers and people buying juice. It wasn't very well organized. Chaos and I don't get along, and this was pure chaos. Then there were the "regulars" coming in, jumping in line and talking to the employees about personal stuff while the other customers waited in line. I gave them only 2 stars because the customer service was absolutely horrible. I really like the concept and selection they have, but if the customer service is this bad next time I go in, I won't be returning no matter how much I like the concept of this place. They need to remember that making new customers is just as important as keeping old ones. I also did not like that they have a referral program for new customers.... only if you buy a starter kit. $5 per person who comes in and mentions your name. Really nice referral program, but it should be open to ALL customers, not just ones who purchase kits. Word of mouth will make or break a business. Hopefully the next time I go in there the treatments is vastly different. I really want to like this place, but I can go just about anywhere and get bad customer service. Please hire more employees and get a system down for the lines. read more

I would have loved this place if we hadn't been standing by the register blatantly ignored for 15 minutes, making eye contact with all the employees. I work in retail and it is completely uncalled behavior especially if people are willing to give you money. Fortunately there is a shop in Anoka, can't wait to give them my money! read more

This place when it first opened it was great! They had good prices and people but now they have new people working every day the prices vary on who's working. Their prices have went up and quality of service down.I used to look foward to going into the store for fair prices and good people but I get the feeling there all getting a little big headed. After todays trip up there and trying to return the bottle of juice that i bought last night that was obviously a different flavor of juice then what i had been getting for the past year...when i first got there i told a employee about what happened he assured me that it was the same exact blend of juice i confirmed it wasent so he got a "manager" a guy ive never seen up there he explained that the flavor i got isnt the same anymore because someone else is making there juices now..the juice was disgusting and tasted nothing like the old blend.. then he said he would knock $5 of a new bottle of juice but not return the the one i had originally bought... so i guess my choice was leave with no juice or by more juice from them even though it was there fault in the first place.. so not really happy about it i purchased another bottle and that will be the last bottle or anything i buy from these guys.. read more

I found ecigcrib online when I was looking for ecigs. I went to another local store for my vape but searching online at ecigcrib made me decide to check it out. There was a ecigcrib truck parked outside and it's in a little strip mall so parking is free and right up to the store. It's very clean and couches inside to hang out with. Walk to the right and you'll notice a little room with hundreds on bottles filled with ejuice. They mix your chosen flavor on the spot. The workers are nice and knowledgable. The reason why I gave it 4 outta 5 is some prices are a little high but that's what's to be expected from a walk in store. I'd recommend this shop! read more

very bad customer service no respect at all only regulers get attention . the juice is good and i like that they have so many flavors but bad customer service . need to work on that . i go to maplewood tobacco now in maplewood . they do have bigger selection , better price and great customer service . love those guys read more

,After visiting this location several times over the last 4 months, I can honestly say the customer service has totally gone down the tubes. As someone who has spent over $200 here and had referred multiple people that have spent even more, I fail to see how the management can keep subjecting people to 30-45 wait times by rude employees. My first and second visits went r!!eal well and I couldn't be happier to have quit smoking. I have since had to purchase 2 usb cables due to defects and the last one physically broke in less than a week and wrecked the battery in the process. When I tried to return it 7 days later I was told the battery guy would be in on Sunday and I would have to pay for the new cable because it wasn't on my receipt. My bad for not looking at my copy before I left but they sure charged my visa for it and had to redo the receipt 4 times. I understand how things can get busy at times and I myself am in customer service but maybe its time for the owner/managers to start checking out the local MC Ds for talent an help. The sentiments seem to be same with the majority of the people standing in line and it sure gives you a lot of time to watch customer service in action. If another shop opens somewhat close I will definitely be trying it out and telling others. I really dont like paying for things over and over and taking 2 hours out of my weekends to be treated poorly at an establishment I give my money to. read more
