Their strawberry cheese foam drink is a bit like Happy Lemon's, but less salty. It's thick and I prefer drinking it by taking off the lid and sipping so I get a combination of both cheese and slush. The strawberry flavor is so refreshing. At 6 euros, the drink itself is quite expensive, but I saw that they have a deal that's 8 euros for a strawberry cheese foam drink AND a strawberry egg puff waffle. As for the waffle, I think it's quite light and perfectly textured! It's great to share and there's so many customization options. I've had waffles elsewhere that had flat textures, but this one is squishy and holds the ingredients together well. Cheese foam and egg puff waffles are definitely a niche treat for Madrid.
