I kid you not, it was that amazing, especially on a hot summer day in Madrid! All their flavors are perfectly creamy and smooth, sweet without being saccharine or cloying. I tried 8 total and they were all my new favorites. There are Palazzos all around the city, which are all pretty good; Spaniards know what's up. The best flavor here is the melon sorbet. I usually strongly prefer ice cream to sorbet, so that's saying something--I even liked it better than my usual favorites of pistachio, stracciatella, hazelnut, and caramel. It was as if the heavens opened and a divine hand descended and bestowed upon me a fantastically creamy mixture containing the best essence of honeydew melon mixed with coke, or perhaps heroin. It was also somehow much more refreshing than all the other flavors I tried. Whatever's in there, it's amazing. I did not want my scoop to end. I would have gone back for seconds if it wasn't for the fact that I had already consumed six scoops of ice cream that day, but I was pretty sorely tempted. Not expensive or cheap at 3.50 euros for 2 scoops, but 300% worth it.
