I had received a coupon to come in after the holidays and I thought I had come in time, but the salesperson wouldn't honor it cuz it had expired 2 days before. Bummer. Most places these days that generate their own rewards programs will honor coupons/ especially during covid- but not this visit. I then visited my favorite dispensary and they have coupons for Sky High for 20% off and no expiration. I will use this guy for sure on my next visit and maybe get the piece I couldnt get on this visit. Wish they would've just honored it to begin with though ‍

But they had the product I wanted, so I didn't listen to my instincts. I used the product I purchased twice and a spring broke inside of the battery, rendering it useless. When I went to exchange the defective product (precisely one week after purchase), I was told that, "we can't exchange products because we don't know what people do with them after they take them out of the store." So, you won't handle a broken product for your customer, even though you can send it back to the manufacturer as DOA and you're not out a dime. Well, you won't get another dime of mine, that's for sure. Stand behind the products you sell or get out of retail.
