After accepting the cash payment of 250.00 for bond and even handing back the change , Kenny waits until we're heading for the door to go get my friend out of jail , only to reveal - he has changed his mind and at the last moment and decided to BREAK the AGREEMENT we had only moments before- made. THAT'S JUST BAD BUSINESS. Anytime you let your ego and your PERSONAL feelings come between your ability to provide good customer service to a paying customer you make a statement about the quality of your service and quite frankly, of your character. Kenny went back on a deal and that's unacceptable then the cocky and arrogant way in which he went about it only makes him even lower. If you say you are going to do something, and you make a commitment to a customer , I don't care if it was only verbal, you follow through. You don't unfairly punish them for making a mistake or error that could have been avoided if you had properly communicated with them. If your in a position to help a person and agree to do so then go back on it at the last second that makes it personal and it shouldn't be a personal issue , its business. An exchange of money for services you provide, nothing more nothing less. You only wasted your time and lost out on the profit you were to make - in addition you lost a repeat customer and possible referrals to your business , for what? To prove a point? I will never use Kenny's bail bonds again, and I will caution anyone considering using his services to look else where as he is unreliable and cannot be counted upon or trusted.
